The left goes on and on about Sweden being a racist country, without any proof at all. In fact, any evidence you can find points to the exact opposite.
But now a murderer has gone nuts with a sword at a school, killing two and wounding another two. The police say they are convinced that he had far-right sentiments. The leftists did not wait long to use the tragedy to further their political narrative.
The killer wielded a sword
Sweden has had it’s first “school shooting” in recent years. Although there must be a more appropriate term for what happened, since the only shoots fired came from the policemen’s guns.
On the morning of October 22, a Thursday, children at the primary school Kronan in the town of Trollhättan were sitting in class as usual. But things were about to take a very dark turn when the man now identified as 21-year-old Anton Lundin-Pettersson entered the premises.
In a photo taken by a student inside the school, he can be seen wearing a helmet, face mask, long coat and boots, all in black. In his right hand he carries a sword.
A teacher asked the 21-year-old to leave, but was then stabbed along with three others. Two of the victims later died, one 17-year-old student and one 20-year-old teaching assistant.
The police received a call shortly after 10 a.m. When officers arrived at the scene they fired two shots at the assailant, who died from his wounds at a hospital later that day.
The killer, Anton Lundin-Pettersson.
Not long after the dust had settled, the police could confirm that the attack was likely a hate crime. “We are convinced that the perpetrator was driven by racist motives,” a spokesperson for the police said.
The killer purportedly chose his victims on the basis of their skin color. He has been described as an introverted man who didn’t talk much, with an interest in Adolf Hitler and Nazi Germany. On Facebook he supported a petition to stop immigration.
A suicide note indicates that the attack had been planned ahead, and it confirms the suspicion that it was a hate crime. The way the killer dressed and how he “marched” through the school was also reminiscent of the Nazis, according to the police.
Confirmation for leftists
Sweden now has its own Anders Behring Breivik, leftists now say, comparing Anton Lundin-Pettersson to the Norwegian far-right terrorist. And one wonders how they really feel about it.
While the attack in Trollhättan is a great tragedy to the victims and their relatives, the left can use it as a case in point that Sweden is a racist country.
To prove their point, they are surely in great need of good arguments. The World Values Survey shows that Sweden is one of the least racist countries in the world. Sweden is also the OECD’s highest per capita recipient of asylum seekers.
But facts have never mattered that much to leftists. They will further their ideology, whatever the cost may be. Now they will use this tragedy for their own political ends.
Leftist media coverage
In the days since the attack, the message in the media has been that non-white, immigrant looking people should be very, very afraid. One mentally ill guy goes crazy with a sword, and these “journalists” start acting like there’s a genocide of brown people going on.
One of them wants us to “admit” that racism is a great societal problem. The event in Trollhättan reminds him of the Holocaust, how people were selected on the basis of race, to be sent to Auschwitz. He’s probably expecting gas chambers to be put in use in Sweden any day now.
Another one blames white Swedes for not taking the problem of racism seriously enough, and thereby spreading terror among dark skinned people.
The white elite in Sweden must start talking about how vulnerable our dark skinned citizens are right now. How afraid. They fear that their homes will be set on fire, that their children will be murdered.

There’s never been a better time to make Swedes feel white guilt. And now they know, if they don’t comply to the narrative of a racist society, they frighten brown people.
Yet another one lay blame on the anti-immigration party, the Sweden Democrats. She goes on to describe a country permeated by racism, with a permanent “racist vein running through our society.”

Everything is racist
It really depends on how you define racism. In every serious study one can find, Sweden shows itself to be a very tolerant country.
But to a leftist, white people can barely lift a finger without showing their true racist nature. According to that standard, any society with a majority of whites will be deemed a racist society, while the crimes and indiscretions of their non-native neighbors are downplayed or ignored entirely.
To the left, the attack in Trollhättan is proof of everything they believed in so far without any proof. Now they are more convinced than ever that they are right.
But their alarmist outcries might backfire on them. If they can convince everyone that Sweden is on the brink of a new Holocaust, how many immigrants will want to come here, and how many will dare to stay?
Jews are already fleeing the country for fear of the Israel haters coming to Sweden from the Middle East. While a lot of immigrants are arriving these days, how long will they remain here if they feel unwelcomed?
Will the far-right and the left in some inadvertent way cooperate to make Sweden a homogeneous society again? Only time will tell.

This incidence is a great national tragedy to the prime minister, while the killing of 2 Swedes at IKEA by an immigrant is a minor footnote. It is telling that gang-rapes of Swedish women and mutilations by hostile migrants are treated with media silence, while any counter-reaction by rather deranged people here is given center-stage and proof of how “racist” Sweden is.

History lesson: Once upon a time, Western Europe had implemented economic socialism which had its many drawbacks but in the short term, had produced a higher standard of living including but not limited to efficient public transit, a reduction of poverty, a higher standard of culture and social community, and higher living standards. Women tended to be superior to those in the states. There were drawbacks, of course. Housing is and was expensive, little disposible income for the working and middle class.
But there was a war going on. Not just the cold war, but a war between socialist Europe and the USA.
The USA stands for Kapitalism. Not a really great form of it, but free market and free speech which the socialists considered a threat not only economically but also culturally as well. Even in Sweden, there have been free market reforms as of late. The goal of the left in Europe has been to eliminate the USA at all costs even if it’s a pyrrhic victory. Losing means a loss of face and national pride. Hitler didn’t launch weapons of mass destruction when he was in the bunker, but the left did: It was the multicultural bomb.
In the 1960’s, the left in the states decided that the way to win elections was to replace the electorate. Via immigration and policies ot lower European-American birthrates, third worlder welfare recipients could be counted on to vote Democrat while sucking away resources from the right wing electorates. A win-win. The left in Europe cheered on this paradigm and even held celebrations when Obama won the presidency. Why else does a person win a Nobel prize simply for being a half black president?
I think their fears were for naught, but they worried that if they didn’t “join the team”, and fully embrace multiculturalism, the right wing media in the states would call them out as hypocrites. I find that laughable since we all know how the media doesn’t dare oppose the ethnic cleansing issue (even Foxnews has been bought off.)
There’s also a double-down process at work: As multiculteralism “succeeds” and brings in more left wing voters into the USA and Europe, this alienates those with European ancestry requiring the left to accelerate immigration of non-whites in order to continue winning elections while driving away their existing white base. It’s like a couple fighting and the more they fight, the more angry they get. It’s an acceleration loop. No doubt in the beginning, the left probably thought only a partial replacement of the European electorate would be necessary but the more they drank, the thirstier they got for non-white electorate immigrants.
In the states, the whites have largely woke up. About 2/3’s either vote Republican or just stay home. Only 1/3’d of the electorate of low information voters vote Democrat and those are typically in non-integrated areas that are unaware of the issues concerned. In Vermont, for example, most whites are Democrats and don’t consider multiculteralism to be a problem but there are few non-whites there. The best liberal is a limosine liberal.

I did a little number crunching regarding my country of origin: Canada. Take the homicide rate in each province and correlate it with the percentage of the population who are aboriginal (Indians, First Nation, whatever terms turns your crank). It’s almost a perfect match.

I spent two years on my university fencing team. The first year – at the insistence of my instructor, a an Olympian – I studied foil and then for the second year I switched to epee, the proverbial dueling sword. I would rate fencing, along with judo, as the top combat sport you can do without actually hurting the other guy.

While I’m not competitive in it, there are certain principles that come to mind when fighting someone who’s wielding such a cumbersome weapon; striking the hands come to mind. Now if he had smaller knives? Fuck it, it’s a crap shoot at that point. My instructor has this to say about a knife fight:
You have 4 potential outcomes in a knife fight:
1) He cuts you and then you cut him; you both die.
2) You cut him and then he cuts you; you both die.
3) He cuts you, but you don’t cut him; you die.
4) You cut him, but he doesn’t cut him; he dies.
So you only have a 25% chance of coming out of a knife fight unscathed if applying this mode of thinking. In reality, you have essentially a 0% of coming out without being cut by a knife unless you have a weapon that keeps them at bay.
5) You both dance around waving the knives at each other in a theatrical manner while singing tough but highly catchy gang songs as you keep on keepin’ on in the Westside.
That option is assuming you’re using only one knife so you have the other hand free to snap your fingers in rhythm with your opponent. In any case, a legitimate strategy.

Knife-to-knife fighting is a complete crapshoot regardless of the relative experience level. The better ploy is probably to pick up a chair (or a garbage can or fire extinguisher or whatever) and beat the other guy with it.
Pretty much. My instructor says a person who is well trained in knife fighting only increases his odds of surviving such an encounter by a measly 5%. Dismal odds when you think about it but I’ll take any advantage I can get.
I think that most street encounters are about wolves, sheep, and sheepdogs playing rock-paper-scissors and someone gets rather surprised rather quickly. There is no Octagon in the street. Things happen really fast and I don’t recall any of my instructors (I never did Kali, but in addition to fencing I did karate, judo, jujitsu, and tae kwon do) saying that you should engage someone if you have the option to walk away before things get nasty.
