         Bottom line: Be polite. Admit to nothing. Consent to nothing (including any field tests) . Say absolutely nothing without an Attorney present.*
         (Be aware of the “Pretext Stop.” I’ve been pulled over several times because my bumper trailer hitch ball was “blocking part of my license plate.” Total B.S. stop, but you just nod and smile whilst handing the cop your license, registration and proof of insurance.          Depending on your financial circumstances and lifestyle, it may be helpful to keep an Attorney on retainer (and speed-dial.)    How about if the next time you decide to destroy a man’s life, have his career ruined, and perhaps have him imprisoned for years or even decades there was a good chance–YOU– may find yourself in life threatening danger. Think about this, these women are more than happy to ruin your entire life at a whim. If she wasn’t sure if anyone would hear from her the next day because she was “underground” (literally) somewhere would she be so quick to rip your life to shreds.
   FEAR and PAIN. These are what people respect and what instantly adjusts behavior. Right now, women rule the West because they have neither and can act like sociopathic 5 year old children throwing temper tantrums that literally destroy people.
   When you may not live to see the next morning you may not be as quick to throw out those very serious charges. This is the only way this will change. SEVERE consequence. They have to understand if you want to gamble with my life, I may call your bluff.

I was also able to plead out of the more serious charges but felt an empty feeling in my soul for the egregious nature of the attack on my life. I’ve spent over 20 years plotting my revenge…the course of which provided me with the drive to be very successful in life. Carrying out my plot was more gratifying (sublime, really) than any other experience I’ve had in my +50 years on this earth. I view any male who doesn’t exact some sort of revenge as the very definition of “beta”.

Finally, consider the judicial process itself, where events drag on for months or years at a time. The result is a case like this that was, at best, flimsy, yet nonetheless resulted in a negotiated conviction to a lesser charge.
      Overcharging is the name of the game. Pleading down is the name of the game. And the name of the game isn’t justice. Rather, it’s providing continued validation for the system that relies upon a steady stream of accused to keep itself going. Anything or anyone that aids that system is welcome, the reason why, amongst others, false accusers and snitches, esp. women, are rarely punished.
      Wisely, the author did plead down rather than go to trial, where esp. it’s all about perception and feelings instead of facts and doubt, in effect a popularity contest.
      And fortunately, he lives in a state where, at added expense, he can expunge his record.* But still….
      Some may wonder why the whole MGTOW thing is happening. It’s horror stories like this that provide a good chunk of the answer.

This DV stuff can be a bit controversial since there’s a lot of stigma attached to it, but articles like these are important to shed some internal light on the issue – albeit in this case from only one side. I’ve got some insight as well, having this extremely horrible half-sister who’s always been a complete animal, who’s never displayed any human qualities or who’s taken responsibility for anything. For a DA to charge him there must have been some evidence or admission on the author’s part. A zero-evidence felony charge does not pass the smell test. ‘Strangulation’ is very specific, and he says “no proof”? Does he mean “no evidence”? (Sounds like a diversion tactic) A judge must have had some reason to give him a 5-figure bail. This all smells like bullshit, based on the paltry info, and reads like it came from a criminal mind. I suspect the real story includes reasons for the system to proceed the way it did. But criminals always divert attention from their responsibility, and I’m catching a whiff of that here.
    Also, it’s notable the mention of the 16 yr old runaway ho, has almost nothing to do with the subject and smells of White Knighting, which a lot of convicts are prone to.
    A vast majority of the time, when convicts “take the lesser charge” to “make it all go away”, they are full of shit, and were guilty of the crime.

    We had a high-profile case like this in Germany a couple of years ago, so it happens in other countries too. In that case it was not about whether he did it or not, but about whether he “could have done it”, with psychological reports being drawn up, costing hundreds of thousand of Euros (at his cost) and paid “witnesses” being called up, who were not even there when the alleged rape happened. How can you be a witness without even being there? Obviously because it was not a single man that was at trial, but all of manhood. In the end he was acquitted, but left penniless.
    The principle that somebody is considered innocent until proven guilty has long been abandoned when it comes to “he said-she said” situations. There is now a reversal of that principal. Lifes are destroyed! Well that was what the famous “Roosh-as-a-rapist”-controversy was all about. He never said women should be raped, he basically pleaded, in a very provocative way, for the most important principal of justice to be upheld, that is: the assumption of innocence!
    It’s not just Germany though. In Spain there are crazy laws where the accusation of DV alone leads to an automatic arrest and restraining order, without a judge even looking at the case! I guess it is just the sick way of the west, with cucked men everywhere. And this, even though Spain is in a lot of ways a very conservative country, somehow the SJWs get their foot in the door though!
    In Europe at least this craziness seems to be restricted to DV-situations, in the USA it seems this kind of “justice” affects the whole system.

39. I have some knowledge in this area…luckily learned the easy way, not the hard way…my wife liked to hit when arguing. I never hit her back, but I had blocked her, at times. Wow!
