But generally, women get worse with age and mainly because of weight gain. Men are the opposite to a certain point. I’ll say for myself now, at 29, I’m more physically attractive I’ll say than when I was 17 or 18, but probably because my body has matured more so.

It’s funny how men are demonized for our attraction to younger women. So since aging is inevitable as long as you keep living or until science finds a way to reverse it, women are left with the only option of shaming men. The only power women have is sex and women fear being powerless. If men don’t want to fuck her, she’s lost her only form of power. It’s nothing but instinctive sexual jealousy when older women get mad about men finding younger women more attractive hence the “age appropiate” dating nonsense they came up with.
At that same job, I worked with a guy who was 39 at the time. His oldest daughter was 21, his youngest was 2. The mother of the 2 year old was 18, 3 years younger than his oldest daughter. What I see as a possibility is something similar to the age of consent laws in my state. They give a 16 year old female the right to consent, but only if the boy is with in 24 months of her age.
