11 Male “Superfoods” You Need To Eat To Burn Fat And Build Ripped Muscle

The following article was sponsored by Drew Canole

Hey!

My name is Drew Canole, and I’m the founder and CEO of Fitlife.tv. Not only am I a health and fitness trainer, but I’m a Life Transformation Coach as well. What I teach starts with getting you into super human, vibrant health internally first…

Which leads to awesome results on the outside, that will result in the great looking body that you want regardless of your age, size, metabolism, or genetics.

And I’m going to be completely honest with you…
Despite what so many other “health” and “fitness” coaches have told you, THIS is the only thing that will make you the best on the inside AND outside as you can be…

Superfoods.

I’m obsessed with superfoods. Here’s why…

Why I love Superfoods

Currently, you and I are living in a toxic environment, my friend. Everywhere we go there are more and more toxins creeping up on us. Should you live in fear, build a giant bubble and only go outside in that plastic construct that protects you?
Probably not… even though it’d be better for you, that’s not reasonable.

In studying about toxins and all the nasty things in our food and environment, it can be easy to get discouraged. Sometimes it can feel absolutely impossible to eat clean.

Modern society had made cheap food convenient and healthy food something for the wealthy.

Should we be scared? Angry? Bitter? Sad? Hopeless? I don’t think so.

Mother Nature has not left us alone. She is still working hard to provide us with amazing, nutrient-dense, healing superfoods that can help protect and heal us from the toxins in our world.

I’m telling you, superfoods are the most nutrient dense you will ever come across.

So, if you are ready to raise testosterone, burn fat, and build muscle… you’ve come to the right place.

Top 11 Superfoods Your Body NEEDS Every Single Day

1. Chlorella

image00

Chlorella is a single celled microalgae that is loaded with nutrients needed for many body functions. This is one of the very first super foods I ever purchased.

Daily consumption of chlorella has been linked to lowered risk of cardiovascular disease.

Some evidence shows that chlorella, which is rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals, may help to relieve symptoms of fibromyalgia and other similar disorders like hypertension and ulcerative colitis.

Because chlorella is high in chlorophyll, it also helps to control hunger cravings, body odor, relieve swelling and redness from infections, promote cleansing and healing in the body and even protect DNA against fried foods.

2. Moringa Leaf

image03

In 2007, Moringa leaf was recognized by the National Institute of Health as the Botanical of the Year! It is said to have saved more lives in Third World countries than any other plant and has potential to treat over 300 diseases.

An animal study done at the University of Allahabad showed Moringa lowers blood sugar levels by up to 29%! This puts Moringa Leaf high on the list of foods that may help those suffering from diabetes.

This superfood may also prove to have potent anti-cancer properties. A study at the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute showed Moringa leaf can kill up to 93% of lung cancer cells.

Moringa leaf is also believed to boost the immune system, increase metabolism and help with weight loss, aid digestion, help with tumors and ulcers and to detoxify the kidneys and liver.

3. Spirulina

image06

Spirulina is a natural algae powder. May not look pretty but it is a nutritional monster! Spirulina is packed with chlorophyll, protein, iron, Vitamin C, D, A, E, B12, folic acid, potassium, calcium and ALL all essential amino acids!!

Studies have been done that show components in spirulina have neuroprotective benefits and may have potential as an alternative drug therapy in aging related disorders such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s Disease.

Spirulina has been found to have incredibly high levels of antioxidants. It has 4 times the ORAC (or antioxidant value) of blueberries! It is a good source of gamma linoleic acid (GLA – an essential fatty acid) that is known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Inflammation is a major cause/contributor to a number of cardiovascular and other chronic diseases.

Because of its high chlorophyll content, spirulina is a natural detoxifier and cleanser that removes foreign material (heavy metals, toxins etc.) from the body.

4. Mint

image07

Here’s a superfood you’re probably familiar with. Mint has an impressive lineup of antimicrobial, antiviral anti-tumor, anti-allergenic and antioxidant properties.

Mint is most well known for its healing effects on the digestive system. It soothes the stomach and also triggers the production of more saliva and digestive enzymes in the mouth. This helps to start the breakdown of foods before they even hit the intestines, making for more comfortable digestion.

Peppermint may help to alleviate gas and other sources of abdominal pain due to its relaxing effect on the muscles of the intestines. Some studies have found peppermint oil to be as effective as Buscopan for treating colonic spasms.

Dr. Mercola quotes several studies saying that Peppermint oil capsules are “the drug of first choice” in patients suffering from IBS.

5. Matcha Green Tea

image11

A Japanese priest named Esai said of green tea: “Tea is the ultimate mental and medical remedy and has the ability to make one’s life more full and complete.” Matcha has remained a staple in sacred Japanese ceremonies for centuries.

Green Tea is is packed with antioxidants and nutrients, which reduce stress, regulate hormones and promote relaxation and mental clarity. It has long been used for weight loss and boosting the metabolism.

This superfood has particularly beneficial properties for the liver. Our liver is incredibly important as it removes toxins from the blood, regulates the composition of blood, processes nutrients and metabolizes drugs and substances like alcohol.

Matcha protects the liver from harmful chemicals, helps slow dehydration, inhibits tumor growth in the liver, protects against damage that is caused by medication, etc. The caffeine in matcha appears to help strengthen serum and membrane density in the liver.

6. Wheatgrass

image12

Some of the most powerful animals on the planet live off a diet of mainly grass. Turns out that consuming one ounce of wheatgrass is nutritionally equivalent to eating two pounds of greens…!

Wheatgrass is rich in chlorophyll; a green-pigment molecule that gives plants power to absorb energy from the sun. Studies have shown that chlorophyll may help to protect DNA from toxin damage, suppress appetite, sooth infections and has powerful cleansing properties.

The chlorophyll in wheatgrass may also help those with anemia or other blood-related disorders. Animal studies have shown that administration of wheatgrass returns red cell count back to normal in animals with anemia within 4-5 days!

7. Ashwagandha

image05

Ashwagandha is one of the most powerful herbs in Ayurvedic medicine and use of the root can be traced back over 3000 years. It has been called “King and Queen of Herbs” and is esteemed very highly for its medicinal properties.

The Ashwagandha plant is a tonic and an adaptogen, which means it restores the brain and body to homeostasis after physical and psychological stress. Ashwagandha helps our bodies maintain balance and improves our ability to cope with stress.

A study published in the Indian Journal of Psychological Medicine shows that Ashwagandha achieves a highly significant reduction in stress and anxiety, and serum cortisol levels. In fact it was able to reduce cortisol up to 27.9%!

One of my very favorite things about Ashwagandha (this blew my mind) is its ability to stimulate neurogenesis—the birth of new brain cells… Not very many plants out there can do this!

In human clinical trials, taking Ashwagandha by mouth for only five days suggested anti-anxiety and anti-depressant effects just as strong as when taking certain pharmaceutical drugs.

8. Turmeric

image08

Turmeric is a popular spice that is widely used in India. It’s easy to use and inexpensive and my cupboards are absolutely full of it! The main ingredient found in turmeric is curcumin and most of it’s medicinal properties come from this active ingredient.

Research has linked turmeric to lower incidence of certain cancers like breast, prostate, lung and colon. Turmeric combined with onions has been shown to prevent colon cancer. A study published in the journal of Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology found that turmeric and quercetin (found in onions) help prevent and even reduce precancerous cells in the colon. Turmeric combined with cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower is helpful in the prevention of prostate cancer.

Turmeric is packed with anti-inflammatory properties that are useful for preventing and alleviating symptoms of arthritis, muscle soreness, and much more. In research studies, cucumin is comparable to anti-inflammatory prescription and over the counter drugs like hydrocortisone and phenylbutazone.

Curcumin contains potent antioxidant effects. Clinical studies conducted on curcumin have found that it is able to neutralize free radicals that in many instances cause cancer.

Besides the benefits of antioxidant properties that turmeric provides, turmeric also is great for liver detoxification and improves liver function, cardiovascular protection, reduction of cholesterol levels and prevention of Alzheimer’s disease.

Think we’re finished with this awesome superfood yet? Think again…

Studies also reveal that turmeric is superior to Prozac in treating depression.

9. Lemon

Lemon slices background, close-up

We’re big fans of lemons here at FitLife and use them on a daily basis for their nutritional, medicinal, healing and beautifying properties. There are SO MANY THINGS you can do with lemon juice and lemon peel that I could write a long book about them all.

Although lemon is an acidic fruit, it has an alkalizing effect on the body. Lemon balances the body’s pH, which in turn protects the body from illness and disease. You see, disease CANNOT thrive in an alkaline environment…

Lemons contain powerful antibacterial and anticancer properties and are rich in vitamin C. They also help to purify your blood and clean out the kidneys.

Drinking water with fresh squeezed lemon every morning is an excellent and easy habit that can make a big difference in your health.

10. Beets

image04

Beets are packed with potassium, iron, vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, manganese, folic acid and zinc. Beet juice is high in antioxidants and known for its ability to cleanse the liver, which has many benefits to the health of your skin…

When the liver becomes overloaded with toxins, it often sends them to the skin for detoxification help. In trying to process these substances, the skin can become inflamed or irritated. So supporting the liver is vital to maintaining a youthful appearance as you age.

Beet juice has also been shown to boost stamina. A study showed athletes who drank beetroot juice could exercise 16% longer than those who didn’t. That’s pretty impressive.

Beet juice may also be a helpful tool in overcoming symptoms of leaky gut.

Don’t get stuck only using the roots—the beet greens actually contain more nutrients than the roots!

11. Monk Fruit

image09

Did you know that monk fruit is 170 times sweeter than regular sugar? Not only that but it is full of medicinal properties that have been recognized since the 13th century. It was known by Chinese monks as the longevity fruit and is believed to be a factor in their living to be over 100 years old.

Monk fruit is a powerful anti-allergenic because of its antihistamine-like effects. Histamine is also a problem in those with asthma, making this superfood beneficial on the respiratory system.

Monk fruit is also believed to soothe the digestive tract and boost the immune system.

If you are looking for that extra boost in life…

If you are wanting more energy…

If you are combating a challenging disease or illness…

I would HIGHLY recommend you turn to superfoods. They will give you the edge you need to jump to that next level of health and vitality.

If you’re busy and worried about having enough time and money to buy and make enough superfoods to keep you on top of your game, the FitLife team has created a green superfood powder with all the above listed superfoods just for you.

It’s the easiest way to get all the fat burning and muscle building nutrients you need for a long life and healthy body.

This juice even promotes neurogenesis. That’s the replication of brand new brain cells. What do you think juice like that could do for the rest of your body?

Drink a glass of green juice each day and start burning fat, building muscle, and getting the body you deserve.

Remember, we’re in this together.

Drew Canole

P.S. After I started taking the right superfoods every day, my entire life changed. I went from 17.2% body fat to 5.75%, and I’ve kept it off for years.

Not only do I look better, but I have more energy and feel incredible as well.

      1. Oh, don’t get me started on Chlorella. I once got it from a Thai girl.

        1. I used Morning Tea. The good folks at the university of allahbad said it is the only cure for chlorella

        2. with a comment like that I am prone to thinking that your cupboards are out of turmeric

        3. let’s really stop and reflect on the fact that this article actually says “my cupboards are filled with turmeric”

        4. I’ve seen. Hats off to you or shoes – I’m not really sure of the venue yet.

  1. When it comes to serious research on Morning Leaf you really can’t do better than the fine folks at the University of Allahabad

  2. There is only ONE male superfood that interests us here on Return Of Kratom and that is…. er…. Vitamin K!
Since juicing Kratom and mixing it with my morning Dianabol my body fat has dropped to 0.00001% and I’ve grown another 7 testicles…

  3. Does anyone have a lot of experience taking these? I know most of the comments on sponsored posts are sarcastic but I find this topic of interest as a huge part of living savage is to starve the body of the malicious toxins we ingest through our food and other consumption daily.

    1. Green leaves that taste like dirt are good for you. If it is sweet and yummy it has too much sugar. Use in moderation.

        1. I don’t care how much turmeric your boyfriend eats, he still isn’t an exception to the rule.

        2. Misogynist humor is great!
“What the first thing a woman should do when she is released from a battered women shelter?
Get me a beer if she knows what’s good for her!”
Badda bing! Thank you, thank you!

  4. I am commenting before reading: How far will I have to read the article until something about kratom comes up?
Seriously, ROK, Enough. About. Fucking. Kratom.

    1. there is no such thing as enough when it comes to kratom. “enough” is a word for non kratom users.

    2. Minus one Kratom for you,non-kratomian! Born in Kratom, raised in Kratom, will die in Kratom.

      1. “Oh, you think Kratom is your ally. But you merely adopted the Kratom; I was born in it, moulded by it.”

        1. That green liquid Bane injects himself is not Venom but Pure Kratom with electrolytes.

        2. Kratom in it’s purest form is a Kratom electrolyte. That’s what that hadron collider in Switzerland is for. They are trying to extract the electrolyte from the Kratom.

        3. Back in the old days they needed virgin blood to do the same.
The Nazis lost the war when the Allies destroyed their secret Kratom facilities in Norway.

    3. All this Kratom talk suddenly reminded me of “Khartoum”, and then General Charles Gordon who fought against the Mahadi Islamofascists at the Battle of Khartoum.
And the fact I still owe Roosh and article about those events.

    4. Listen son. This section is the exact opposite of Fight Club policy. You do not come in here & not talk about Kratom!

    5. If you came here, then you’re only going to see Kratom comments.
I mean, it has electrolytes…didn’t you read the package?

  5. As my father always said, there’s only one thing you need in life besides Kratom, more Kratom.

  6. *Was in a bad mood*
    *See’s Sponsored Post on RoK*
    *Zips down to comment section*
    *Cannot…resist…urge…to smile.*
Your timing is uncanny RoK, how did you know? How…did…you know?

    1. how do they know? uhm, Kratom duke, Kratom. How the fuck you think they know?

        1. motarK…………………….this is your first clue and the only one you need!

      1. Who is Kratom Duke? Where do I meet him? Does he hold an audience with Kratom King now and then?

  7. Here’s a tip for ya, it fell off! Never dip your rod in a jar of Spirulina!

  8. So these all boost testosterone? I will be sure to try these. I might start with Wheatgrass because it can also be put into a nice decorative planter for inside use.

    1. This is either the funniest comment here or you really need a testosterone booster quick 🙂

      1. that is right up there with the old “do you remember your first blow job” line. Very well done. You are on a roll today friend.

        1. You ask a guy if he remembers his first blow job. When he says yes you ask him if he swallowed

        2. He’s probably a golfer! Ba-dum-tsssss…………………no? Ok i clearly topped myself and climaxed shortly after!

    1. Who the fuck is that in your profile pic dude? Creeps the living shiznitt out of me!

        1. Aha, knew it you were not a real Kratom head. You fo it just to fit in and be cool.

        2. Ain’t *nobody* sticking a needle in my Schwellkorper, pal!
And Germans, come on. Querschnitt Penis? Dufuk? You actually applied the word “Queer Shit” to penis? Think it through better next time before inventing more of your strange and exotic Teutonic words, Germany!

        3. Youse gus to hold by the tip or else it shrivvlez!
Speaking of German words, I would use Dreikasehoch to describe my penis.

        4. Depends what kind of mood I’m in at the time or if I’m out in public. Some I’ll apply my Kratom in this way:

        5. If you place the suppository on a tiny. green satin pillow and wiggle your hips while trying to fitthe suppository in then Yes. Also you have to light incence and sacrifice a goat ad well.

        6. I’m caught up thinking about the sexual fantasy scenarios that are possible now that I’m going to refer to my dick as a Schwellkorper. Tight black leather Nazi SS lingerie clad chick, me forcing her to her knees and commanding her “You vill suck upon ze Schwellkorper, schnell!” Ah, the things of dreams. Heh.

      1. I change shape ( picture ) and name from time to time. Because jo0z. I think the sculpture in that picture has a pretty good message to be understood.

    1. I smoke and when I can’t for job reasons I take CBD oil. I never miss work so up vote for the bad ass song and recommendation.

  9. wait a minute…what about electrolytes ? We need to call the doctor…paging Doktor Jeep !

    1. Doesn’t matter where you get it from, WHAT MATTER IS THAT IT COMES WITH A FREE COCK PUMP!
      Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah buddy!

  10. I’ll vouch for lemons. I eat them regularly. I haven’t missed a day of work in 13 years because of sickness, something I am proud of. Of course other factors come into play, but citrus fruits, and especially lemons gave helped.

  11. Those fat % pics are off. Chubby pic > prob about 25%. Lean pic > Prob about 10%
Just remember people, to get below 8% requires the assistance of illegal substances.

    1. “Just remember people, to get below 8% requires the assistance of illegal substances.”
      Or Kratom.

    2. Agreed. He’s lean in the second photo, but no way is that 5.75%. Like you said, single digit body fat is very difficult to achieve (and harder to maintain) without some “assistance”.

  12. Every day there is a new low for this site. Roosh should at least tell us what deal has he made to leave him alone. Idiotic articles, zero politics, antiracism etc

    1. Yes, you’re very put out by a sponsored article which Roosh uses to generate revenue. It’s such a “low”, wanting to maintain a revenue stream. Why aren’t we all working instead in a perfect communist paradise?!?!

    1. I did an investigation and you are right. I discovered the contents of the true article in a comment above.

  13. I wonder what all the comments will say.
    *looks at comments*
All is well with the world. If I came in here to no Kratom comments I would have assumed Body Snatchers got you.

    1. Damn right.
I saw the title of the article and thought…..Kratom, myself.
I have to go now, I need to take my Kratom, lift my Jeep off of the ground and change a flat tire (no jack need, only Kratom).

  14. “There are SO MANY THINGS you can do with lemon juice’
this guy writes like a girl

      1. hahaha, maybe thats what he really meant… its all just an elaborate metaphor

    1. I mean “wow, just wow”.
Slap any man that you hear uttering this fucking phrase.
Make sure you take your Kratom first just in case shit gets real.

  15. turmeric in a form of cooking spice doesn’t contain enough of its healthy active ingredient. you need to buy a turmeric supplement to get any effect.

  16. This article is a huge SCAM sponsored by none other than the Rothschilds. The original article before it got into their hands looked like this:
    1. Kratom Leaf
    2. Kratom Extract
    3. Kratom Powder
    4. Kratom Tincture
    5. Kratom Fruit
    6. Kratom Tea
    7. Kratom Juice
    8. Kratom Paste
    9. Kratom Peel
    10. Kratom Capsules
    11. Kratom Root

    1. Mitragyna speciosa also known as ketum, kratom and kratumum,[2] is a tropical deciduous and evergreen tree in the coffee family (Rubiaceae) native to Southeast Asia in the Indochina and Malaysia floristic regions. M. speciosa is indigenous to Thailand and, despite growing naturally in the country, has been outlawed for 70 years and was originally banned because it was reducing the Thai government’s tax revenue from opium distribution.[3]

      1. “…{Kratom} has been outlawed for 70 years and was originally banned because it was reducing the Thai government’s tax revenue from opium distribution”
Would you look at that. Kratom was winning the war on drugs. Is there anything Kratom can’t do?

        1. Kratom can’t materialize hard currency unfortunately or self replicate itself into more.

        2. Sounds like somebody got a supply of fake Kratom. If your Kratom isn’t doing those things, then you aren’t taking Kratom.

      2. Kratom was banned because the government can’t have Thai men walking around with 18″ guns and 50″ chests without even lifting.

  17. You get better gains if you eat superfoods and organic food I find. Better building blocks and you feel 100 times better and energetic!

  18. A lot of pseudoscience and woo words in this post. While I don’t doubt these foods are healthy, a lot of the claims make me think, “Citations Needed.”

  19. Serious question in the middle of the well-deserved Kratom jokes: do you guys can really tell the difference when you take a supplement?
I’ve tried a couple of these things (vitamin supplements, or macca powder, this kind of stuff), but I could never tell if the differences were due to this supplement or one of the 100s of other factors that affect or energy/mood/health. How do you guys do it to judge a supplement efficiency?

    1. Well i did find differences when taking Spirulina 1200 mg/day. My sleep was better , woke up better rested and my mood was all around slightly better. Also it apparently makes you feel less hunger. I still don’t know if it’s for real or a placebo.

    2. They’re hit or miss. I think it has a lot to do with the quality of the supplement. For example I cycle Longjack. Most places (read, chain stores) that sell it sell crap quality. I tried a chain store brand as my first go and it didn’t do anything and I figured “Well, that was wasted money”. Reviewed online and found that what I’d been taking really was just useless and researched things like extract ratios, purity, etc. and found a brand that came in powdered form that I put into capsules myself. Gotta, because it tastes like Satan’s shriveled left testicle. Turns out, it works. Big time. Like super big time. It’s all in the quality and knowing what form to use.

      1. Longjack….is that Tongkat Ali? What effects did if have on you? Does it work to boost Test?

    3. Yes, but I found that you’ll need to be disciplined in keeping a log of your workout, supplements, meals, etc… You can’t half ass it like most men do when taking anything, working out etc…
Set a goal of 30, 60, or 90 days, record everything and then note how you’re feeling. It takes real discipline and making it your number one priority.
Then, you’ll be able to tell if it’s affecting you, helping you (or not). Like anything, you’ll probably need to cycle through it and -or don’t over do it. Many of the products out there in the market, today, are bullshit or don’t have much of an R&D or history.
The key is discipline…that is the area where many fail.

      1. Cycling is really important for the supplements that do work, or at least for most of them. The tolerance build up is very real for a lot of effective supplements, and if you don’t cycle appropriately you’ll end up wasting a lot of good money trying to get “that feeling I had when I first started it”.

  20. I love superfoods, but none of these raise testosterone (why I bothered reading it) and it’s a pretty half assed article on them.
I don’t know why this was published even if it was sponsored.

  21. Damn I hate being a student, first you gotta deal with a horde of rampaging leftists, and now the inability to afford superfoods like these.
One question- can these be put through the blender whilst maintaining their health-inducing properties?

    1. 1.Kratom
      2. Anabolic steroids
      3. Vodka
The holy trinity of getting lean muscle mass.

    1. Kratom jokes are the humor delivery vehicle of choice in the manosphere.

  22. Speaking of supplements, this is actually a serious question, anybody here ever try Clen (clenbuterol)? If so, how did it work out for you, either good or bad?

  23. “Although lemon is an acidic fruit, it has an alkalizing effect on the body. Lemon balances the body’s pH, which in turn protects the body from illness and disease. You see, disease CANNOT thrive in an alkaline environment…”
Utter fiction. Protein conformation is damaged in both too acidic and too basic environments. This is why the body has sophisticated pH regulatory mechanisms. A dab of lemon water won’t affect your body’s pH levels at all (and that’s a good thing). That’s the point of a buffered solution like blood.

    1. Bullshit Niles. I’ve been teaching people how to help increase the pH of their body fluids so their body isn’t in emergency mode for years. Acidic citrus fruit, ironically, is very helpful, not to mention the vitamin C that most people are chronically deficient in. The anecdotal evidence is absolutely convincing.

  24. I dont know about beets anymore- most of the ones grown in the US are GMO…

  25. “protect DNA against fried foods” Wtf? I had to stop reading after I saw this pseudoscientific bullshit.

  26. I’m convinced a major part of the benefit of some of the exotic herbs is actually their toxicity-the ability to cull damaged or semidamaged cells. As for mint increasing stomach acid and digestive enzymes..so will any aperatif, like the agnostura bitters your grandfather used to put in his drinks. Bitter foods, seem to have health benefits, and the bitterness has been bred out of most of our farmed food. MMM cyanogenic glucosides, yum! Eat your lima beans and brussle sprouts.

  27. Then, once you become old and decrepit, you’ll figure you should’ve just went ahead and used Arnold’s method.

  28. After a wholesome superfood dinner, there’s nothing like a good slice of Kratom meringue pie.

  29. The word “superfood” irritates me for some reason. It sounds like a word made up by someone food obsessed who doesn’t like eating, like an anorexic vegan fashion designer in Manhattan. Something you would see in Redbook right under “20 sex tips to bring out his inner alpha beast!” As does the word “foodie.” What happened to gourmets?
    Steak. The original superfood.

  30. I agree with him on lemons. In fact, I love them so much, I can easily eat several whole, find and all.

  31. Packaged like condoms, gets you more wimminz than an NFL quarterback. Serious game needs a serious superfood.

  32. “Remember, we’re in this together.”
I remember seeing one of your videos, you were one cheesy mother fucker, but when you finished on that line I wanted to throw the fuck up.

  33. “getting the body you deserve.”
With the exception of the disabled or injured, every single person already has the body they deserve.
Sorry for being a cunt, but you marketing types get on my tits.

    1. “Fuck Chickens”! Lol! I am guessing that was intentional? If not, maybe I’ve eaten too many drumsticks…breasts and thighs.

  34. I tried this this green juice when it first came out and I love it. Kinda expensive though

  35. You lost me at mint.
Essential oils in all types of mint, peppermint, spearmint etc are all estrogenic, like soy.
    No avocado? No nuts?
    This list sucks ass.

  36. With Turmeric look into the extracts. Meriva, Longvida, BCM-95, these are way more bioavailable than just plain old turmeric. Also, it benefits the brain and mood as well. I was skeptical but I started using it and, WOW, probably one of the most obviously having an effect supplements I’ve ever used (and I’ve used a lot). Everyone should be using it.
