3 Reasons Low Testosterone Is Dangerous For Your Health, And What You Can Do About It

The following article was sponsored by Bill Hamzi

Some of the common signs of low testosterone are fatigue, lethargy, erectile dysfunction, creaky joints, irritability, depression, difficulty concentrating, and loss of muscle mass combined with weight gain. If you are experiencing these symptoms, you may need to get your testosterone checked. In fact, there is an ongoing low testosterone epidemic in many Western countries: 50% of men over age 40 have low testosterone, and that skyrockets to 80% of men over 50. Most men are not aware of this, accepting these symptoms as “getting old.”

I personally started having symptoms including erectile dysfunction when I hit 30. My personal low testosterone horror story then ensued and left a shattered marriage in its wake. Fortunately, my story has a happy ending.

I got on a proper Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) regimen, and my erections are back, stronger as ever. I dropped 30 pounds. I bedded more than a dozen young nubile women this year alone, with no “technical difficulties” whatsoever. I have more energy now at age 35 than ten years ago. My mind is sharper as ever.

I’ve been through hell and back, and lived to tell the tale. I wrote a book about my experience, and how men can combat low testosterone without wasting precious time and money: The No Nonsense Guide To Testosterone Replacement Therapy.

By now, it should be clear what low testosterone can do to a man. But it gets worse: Low testosterone is not just an inconvenient malady to bull through. It is a very real and insidious medical condition that, at best, severely stunts your masculine potential. At worst, it ruins lives, destroys relationships, rips families apart, and ultimately increases your risk of heart attack, diabetes, brittle bones, and cancer. Here are three surprising reasons low testosterone is dangerous for your health:

1. Erectile Dysfunction Is The First Warning Sign Of Heart Disease

3_erectile

You may have heard that testosterone increases the risk of heart attacks. This is completely false. It’s a myth and I blow it to smithereens in Part 3 of my book. The longer your testosterone remains low, the higher your risk of heart attacks climbs every year.

Let me explain: heart disease begins when arterial plaque build up begins. It starts out slow, just a few little buildups along the arteries. A little plaque here and there is no big deal and won’t impede any blood flow through the biggest arteries.

But, the blood vessels in the penis are extremely tiny compared to the big coronary arteries around the heart. A “little plaque” within those narrow vessels may just be enough to gum up the works during a hot date. While blood flow remains perfectly unimpeded through the rest of the body, blood flow through the tiny penile capillaries may not be optimal even with smallest bits of plaque. So a “little plaque here and there” may seem like no big deal, UNTIL it starts affecting you in the bedroom.

Testosterone has a profound effect on a man’s lipid profile by increasing fat metabolism and optimizing endothelial function. Low testosterone decreases fat metabolism, impairs endothelial function, reduces the production of HDL, a good cholesterol. These cascading effects allow LDL, a bad cholesterol, to increase as well as enlarge LDL particle size. This promotes arterial plaque in many men beginning as early as age 20 to 25. In fact, recent studies (like this and that) show that by raising your testosterone from below 350 to over 550, you decrease your heart attack and stroke risk by over 30%!

2. Lower Testosterone Levels Increases Risk Of Prostate Cancer

4_prostatecancer

The testosterone-causes-prostate-cancer is a widely-believed myth that has been disproved by recent studies. In fact, the lower your testosterone levels are, the higher your risk for prostate cancer. Recent studies thoroughly debunk this long-standing myth. A report in the Urology Times by Wayne Kuznar also asserts that there is no link between TRT and prostate cancer.

As Dr. Yassin puts it, we’ve experienced a “paradigm shift in the last decade that testosterone replacement therapy does not cause or increase the incidence of prostate cancer.” Prostate cancers are sensitive to changing concentrations of testosterone when the testosterone levels are very low. However, once the prostate tumor is saturated with testosterone, adding more testosterone will have little, if any effect, on the tumor growth.

In addition, nearly 45% of men with hypogonadism had prostate cancer in Dr. Yassin’s study, “meaning that hypogonadism offers no protection against prostate cancer. Patients with lower testosterone values had higher staging and higher [prostate cancer grade] scores,” he said. Furthermore, his study concludes that testosterone replacement therapy is safe in hypogonadal men.

3. More Men Are At Risk Of Osteoporosis Due To Low Testosterone

5_brittlebones

The fact that we have lower testosterone than our own grandfathers shows how sad the state of affairs are today. To make matters worse, osteoporosis is becoming an increasingly important public health problem. The main cause of osteoporosis in men is testosterone deficiency, according to this WebMD article. A NIH publication also lists low testosterone as one of the causes of osteoporosis in men.

An essential hormone to support bone density is estrogen, and in men, some testosterone converts to estrogen in order to maintain strong bone mass and density. When testosterone falls too low, there isn’t enough testosterone to be converted to estrogen, so bones begin to weaken. Given that testosterone usually decline by 1% per year in aging men, it is not surprising that bone mineral density also declines by 1% per year as per this study.

As a young man, osteoporosis may be one of the last things in your mind right now, but with low testosterone levels left unchecked, you can look forward to a future of unexplained fractures, being confined to a wheelchair, and watching your retirement savings get drained by a constant stream of five-figure medical bills. Sustaining your testosterone at healthy levels help maintain strong bone density to support an increased muscle mass, along with experiencing a myriad of other immediate benefits. Multiple birds with one stone.

How I Fixed My Low Testosterone

Now, you cannot just walk into a doctor’s office, get on testosterone, and be done with it. So many men do TRT all wrong, making their condition even WORSE than before they started.

First, some doctors may not order all the necessary prerequisite baseline tests before starting their patients on TRT, or will they adequately monitor patients on TRT. This is a grievous mistake that may mask other health problems or root causes of low testosterone until it’s too late. Second, many men are on ineffective and/or expensive forms of TRT such as gels or patches. Third, many men are dosing testosterone incorrectly, potentially causing their estrogen levels to climb to unhealthy levels, leading to man-boobs or an enlarged prostate. These problems arise from doctors who don’t really know what they are doing with respect to TRT:

In my book, I explain how to do it the right way, and make it work for YOU. Indeed, one of the hardest parts of getting on a TRT protocol that works is finding a good doctor who knows what he is doing. Here’s a brief recap of what you get from my reading my book:

  • A thorough explanation behind low testosterone levels: causes and symptoms.
  • Lists of blood tests to help you and your doctor make a full diagnosis and treatment plan.
  • Options for your TRT regimen, and how to tailor them to yourself individually.
  • How to navigate a broken healthcare system to find the best TRT doctor for you.
  • Your TRT Toolbox: An information-packed system to manage your own TRT.

  1. I started lifting weights two months ago and my testosterone is out of control. I want to fuck every decent piece of ass I can get my hands on into oblivion.

    1. Seriously, when I come back to the gym after slacking off my libido is through the roof.

    2. Approaching a year now lifting heavy and yeah, you’re right. But as an old man at 38 it’s more about the attention than the deed. I just crave the sexual tension. Some outright verbalize it too me but with others I can just feel it.
As a married man it’s very potent. She also senses it and the respect is something you cannot put a price on.

      1. As a Spartan, at age 38 you would be expected to fight with peak performance on the front lines. If I hear you complaining about your age again I’ll remove both your cape and your spear and make you walk in the baggage train with the women.

        1. Fighting men from the sword & shield era were considered in their peak in their 40’s. Genghis Khan was in prime bad ass mode from 40 onwards. A number of others in their 30’s & 40’s.

        2. At 40 in the Spartan army you would be placed in the reserves but that’s not the same as being in the USAF reserves…
Point being, nobody today comes close to their age adjusted potential. Usain Bolt is a weakling compared to what men were doing 3000 years ago. As such, there is no excuse for calling yourself “old” at 40. If you feel old its because you’ve made mistakes in the past. So fix them.

        3. The statement was made in jest and I don’t recall complaining. You are correct that I am physically in my prime at this age. If you want my spear and cape come and take them.
I respect you greatly englishbob just to clarify and am honored you responded to a post of mine.
I am again joking in my first post as well to further clarify.

    3. Exercise in general is probably the best way to get and keep your testosterone levels up.

      1. ….and diet. I eat a diet based upon whole organic foods ( minus wheat) , no sugar (except that which is found in fruits, raw honey and maple syrup) and I wake up nearly everyday with a raging hard on. I just turned 41. Age is no excuse for low – T.

    4. Yup, I remember I went from White knight Pedestaling women to viewing them as pieces of meat.

  2. There are certain social conservatives, let alone liberals, who think testosterone replacement is only about screwing lots of hot women and nothing more. They frown on it. I am referring to the blogger who make comments about testosterone making it easy to die at age 65 with a blonde in one arm and a brunette in the other instead of dying at age 75 sitting in a rocking chair or some garbage like that. This particular blogger(I forget who he is) obviously believed testosterone replace was exclusively about enhancing sexual performance. He obviously had not considered how it may restore cognitive function in guys as well.
We’re talking cognitive ability, the ability to focus, here as well. Cognitive ability is the foundation of my existence. I have zero regard for any individual who would even think of questioning being able to improve one’s mental faculties. such thinking is utterly unfathomable to me.

  3. To increase my test levels (which are just average), I’m trying lifting and avoiding porn. From what I gathered, there’s really no TRT in my country, unless you are an Aids or cancer patient. If I could do it legally, I’d definitively do it. I don’t want to do it dirty.

    1. Crying shame. TRT is exactly the same thing (except reversed, of course) as birth control is for women. Except that testosterone is “bad” and estrogen is “good”. I’m sure you have no problem in your country getting BC pills (assuming you’re a woman). In fact, in the US, it’s probably easier for a man to get the drugs to go “trans” (birth control) than to get the drugs to continue/enhance being a man (testosterone). It’s like a fucking Greek tragedy.
BTW, in case you guys didn’t see the thread that I put together on test; one other side effect of testosterone supplements is temporary sterility in the majority of men taking it. That’s right, testosterone is birth control. Again, this should come as absolutely no surprise at fucking all because, that’s exactly what estrogen does in women, makes sense that’s what test does in men.

      1. Testosterone is NOT like Estrogen. That’s the difference. Getting too much T will give you cardiac arrest.

        1. So will too much water. There’s also very little evidence that TRT causes cardiac arrest. It does have a negative impact on your HDL/LDL ratio though, so, it’s likely there’s some correlation. No drugs are without risk, however, TRT is, in may people’s opinion, a very safe protocol. People continue to discover that lack of testosterone is also dangerous, perhaps more so than actually injecting it to get back to a normal level.

    2. why do you care about legality?
little story: when i was in peru, i walked the streets and random guys asked me if i wanted to buy blow or marihuana. at the daily market, you could buy ayahuasca (contains dmt) and other things. in a public restaurant, i met a guy who gave me frog poison. feels like dying. magic mushrooms he sold me, too. normal stuff down there.
then i came back to germany and talked to some people about it and they became all defensive and anxious about somebody listening.
stuff like that makes you lose respect for the law. seeing freedom. like visiting america. ever since that happened, i almost openly joke and talk about my drug experiences.
hell, in germany you even get looked at weird for buying salt acid and have to give them your name and address.
fuck legality, seriously. they are a bunch of brainless morons. fuck the politics of fear. do not respect authority, respect reason.

        1. it is an old ritual. you burn off a thin layer off of your skin and put the poison on it. for fifteen minutes, you feel like dying. then, you experience extreme clarity and vitality.

        2. Mentioning heroin along with poison and mushroom is a hyperbole? I think they are in the same vein.

    3. Porn and masturbation do not lower your testosterone levels (unless you’re masturbating like 8-9 times a day or something) and taking drugs to boost your testosterone levels is stupid unless you actually have a medical condition where you cannot produce enough even with the right diet and physical exercise.

      1. “taking drugs to boost your testosterone levels is stupid”
Care to back that up with any research and/or studies? Without that, this statement is the only thing I see that’s stupid.

  4. “Some of the common signs of low testosterone are fatigue, lethargy, erectile dysfunction, creaky joints, irritability, depression, difficulty concentrating, and loss of muscle mass combined with weight gain.”
Heck, that pretty much describes women in general. There’s a pattern here.

    1. I’ll take a woman with erectile dysfunction any day over a women who does not.

    1. Most men today can benefit from additional testosterone. Our levels are just low from the get go; too much estrogen, too much sitting on our asses, not enough physical activity and “male” activities. We’re a generation of men with chronically low testosterone. Levels have been dropping for as long as we’ve known how to measure them. So, obviously, the feminists are winning, we’re all becoming women, one soy latte at a fucking time.

      1. “Not enough physical activity” — That is the number one reason. Funny how automatically, in true American fashion, everyone looks for the ‘easy-fix’ … a pill, a cream … lol.

      2. mens natural T levels started tanking in the 90s- study I read compared 65 y/o men from ’87 to ’96, levels dropped from 500 to 420(parts per…whatever, I dont remember exactly). My friend, at 39, had to pull teeth to get some shots. His level? 450.
A 65 y/o male 30 years ago had higher T than a guy in his late 30s! And he is in pretty good shape too, not sure how he maintains it with such low T levels…

  5. Just do squats, Bench, and Deadlifts
ever since my “hormones””whoremoans” have been back where they were many years ago but it is overated having to beat off twice a day every day

  6. I talked to a few doctors about wanting to have my testosterone levels checked, but they all refused. I am very curious. I would like to know if I am normal. I need a doctor’s order to have it checked. I don’t think I need TRT though, but I would just like to know my test levels.

    1. Google “Do my own labs”. There are a few companies out there (that all seem good and reputable) that will allow you to order whatever test you want. If you want to see your test levels, get a “free and total testosterone” check. I’d also get an estradiol (E2) test. Your test level is important, your E2 level may actually be more important. If that’s too high, no matter how much test you have, you’ll feel like shit.

    2. what country are you in?
maybe they just will not let you have it from the socialized medical insurance. i am from germany. i asked a doctor where they send their blood tests. a private company. i called them and they told me to come around. did the test and sent me the bill. all good.

    3. in the us there are several places like healthonelabs.com where they have an inhouse doctor that rubberstamps giving you the test then they email it to you quickly. Note time of days affects T levels with the morning being the highest.

    4. It usually depends on your age, but if you’re under 30 you should have no problems with your testosterone unless you have a disease of some sort. But to keep testosterone high… you need to stay active, more so as you age.

      1. The thing is, I don’t think I have any problem with my test, but I am curious about my levels.

  7. Working out and proper diet can help raise t levels as well. Squats and lunges are good for it. Foodwise, beef brocolli and spinach are three I remember off the top of my head that are good. And avoid soy products like the plague.

    1. All food will raise your test levels. Soy, yeah that too … but in moderation since Soy is an Estrogen mimic, so is Alcohol BTW.

  8. Trt? Nah just rub kratom on your nob. Works like a charm.
Nah but seriously mate – try arnie’s iron dream supplement and jelqing and lifting. Theyll start calling you spearcock the mighty.

    1. I am surprised jelqing never made it to these parts. I’ve never been the patient type, but apparently if you jelq, Kegel, and stretch, you can effectively get some added ‘leverage’ in the bedroom. It is a long haul deal and apparently permanent.

      1. Yup. It works and it doesnt take long either. Use it as an edging exercise and you kill two birds with one stone.

        1. I’m not sure if you would be open to comparing notes but I would love to hear your thoughts on the benefits, length of time, and results of this. It was an experiment I nixed because of the partner I was with but, things change.

      2. took 3 mo, got an extra inch. downside- its like lifting weights, you stop, and you could shrink…no quick fixes for men.

        1. So it can work then? What made you decide not to cement the results? An extra inch is no small feat.

        2. yea, it can, but it goes like this: 15 min of multiple exercises 5X a wk for a month, then 20 min for month 2, then finish at 25 min for month 3. then 2X a wk for maintenance (10-15 min), well, forever. Just saying its not just a 3 mo thing. I wish I remembered the ebook site, I’d post it here($10 for a pdf, what do you have to lose?)
Dude who wrote it also had a bunch of supplement recos, including IGF1 and HGH. I’m a bit leery of stuff like that, so maybe you can get the potential 2-3 he claimed using that stuff- who knows

        3. I would like to continue this conversation further. I’m not sure if the regiment I found works in conjunction but let’s compare notes.

        1. Would love to sub this conversation with you, as well as @cheeseburgacheeseburga and @Cat5krusher. Having dabbled in it the only immediate results I noticed were better staying power, and fuller erections. Only noticed a centimeter or so difference, but in the bedroom I became a Terminator.

        2. Same. I have a mate who has done it for a year and gained 2 inches length. Lots of benefits.

  9. “Now, you cannot just walk into a doctor’s office, get on testosterone,”
No, but you can tell the doctor that you’re a demented faggot who “Identifies” as a women and he’ll put you on estrogen.
    PS
Gas the kikes race war now.

    1. They were giving lesbians T for a while, they like the aggressiveness it gave them. Made them fat and bald like middle aged men, sweet justice.

    2. True, but, in general taking too much estrogen will make you gain fat in the chest and butt… taking too much testosterone will give you a heart attack, as you go bald.

  10. I just think that TRT is wrong because it isn’t addressing the basic problem. And testosterone isn’t a primary hormone, several other hormones affect it. Also consider increasing T decreases fertility, which is never a good sign.

    1. True.
Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can bring your testosteronelevels back to normal and restore your sex drive.
But if you want to have children, there’s one downside to TRT you should know about. It gives you back your sex life, but it might also reduce your ability to father children as long as you’re on it.
      http://www.webmd.com/men/features/infertility

      1. I’d go beyond “might”. TRT mono therapy will almost certainly render you sterile. This can be a good thing (if you don’t want kids) or a bad thing. If you want to retain your fertility while on TRT, you’re going to need to add another drug to the cocktail; HCG. On that protocol (TRT+HCG) you should not lose fertility (and it may even increase, depending on your baseline levels).

        1. You know what happens when you start replacing the original parts in your car …

  11. I did TRT once, this is powerful stuff so be careful guys.
When I was on it, I…
    – got a ticket for manspreading while riding on my bicycle
    – met Vladimir Putin at a dinner party and he gave me IOI’s
    – walked by a kindergarden and all the girls got their periods
…no wait, that was on Kratom. My mistake.

  12. From the addition of soy to many foods, to the leaching of antibiotics and other estrogenic compounds into the water and the shaming of any “masculine” displays (when it comes from men anyway); our natural reserves of testosterone are being altered like never before.
Even in women, the estrogenic bombardment results in younger and younger commencement of menses (9 years old!!!). Men are acting and identifying as women and homos and women are becoming more and more masculine. Our hormones are WAY off.
Any wonder so many guys are on steroids.

    1. Too much estrogen in women makes them more aggressive. And, it’s very true that our water has a lot of estrogen mimics.

  13. Can anyone clarify testosterone effect on hair loss? I read that starting testosterone therapy can increase DHT, which contributes to Male Pattern Baldness. Tha’ts the only thing i’m afraid of.

    1. You should not start T-therapy unless you actually have medical problems. If not, eat less shit and work out and your test levels should rise on their own.

    2. This is true. There are a few things you can do about it. Rogaine, frankly, should be part of any man’s regimen who has any baldness in the family. If you get on TRT and still find your hair is going away, you can try something like Propecia. That drug works by limiting the conversion of test to DHT. Good for your hair. However, there are some crazy side effects that some people get from it, so, be very careful.
I’ve been on TRT for years and do have some thinning. I use Rogaine religiously, but have to come to terms with the fact that either I’m going to be bald at some point or I’m going to have to get a hair transplant. However, I do have pretty aggressive male pattern baldness in my family. So, it’s really arguable if TRT “caused” the hair loss or just accelerated it. My money is on the latter; if you’re not predisposed to hair loss, I doubt TRT in reasonable doses is going to have much/any effect.

  14. Hey guys I’ve got a question, if you have low T, can you just fix the problem by ordering some Andro Plus T cream?

      1. Why not?
I mean obviously addressing the reasons why you have low T would be the first step, but I can’t find anything in my diet that’s causing low T.

  15. Before pursuing exogenous methods to enhance your test I recommend maxing out your nutrition (dropping estro-foods like grains, sugar and alcohol) and getting rid of bad habits (like smoking and staying late watching reality tv). Get a good exercise regime going as well.
Once you have done all of these things for a couple of years, then we can talk about injecting you with test.

    1. By sugar, does this also mean sugar from natural fruits, like strawberries, blueberries, etc? Or are you referring to what’s in donuts, sugary drinks, etc?

      1. The latter.
Think of it like this. The people of South America have been chewing coca leaves for centuries without serious problems. And then the West took it, refined it, and turned it into one of the most harmful drugs on the planet. We have done the same with sugar.
Naturally occuring sugar (in fruit) is not known to be harmful and also, because of the fibre in the fruit, is very slowly metabolised by the body. However, refined sugar overwhelms the body, is toxic and addictive. Short-term symptoms are hyperactivity, fatigue, headaches and sweats among others. Long-term symptoms include obesity, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, cancer, stroke, heart disease and ultimately death.
We might ask why sugar is legal and cocaine is not. After, sugar sickens and kills far more people.

        1. It’s obvious why sugar is legal: the food industry bought off our political class years ago, just like the financial industry did.

        2. Its also more insidious. Its difficult for people to see a food stuff as a “harmful drug” but watching someone snort or use a syringe? That in itself is quite disgusting.

        3. Amazing what a change of diet will do for a person. All of those symptoms you mentioned like “obesity, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, cancer, stroke, heart disease and ultimately death” can be easily avoided by eating them very sparingly.
          It’s always the simple things…

  16. The manosphere promotes:
    1. Anti-marriage = less children
    2. Testosterone Replacement Therapies = less children
    3. Looking for an Asian wife = less white children
    4. Hump and dumb = less children
    5. Expatriation = less children
    .
    .
    .
Is it just me or …?

    1. i agree that fewer children certainly isn’t going to help our cause!
      1) i would suggest pushing for parity in marriage contracts (or at least very tightly developed pre-nups). 2) natural promotion of testosterone through weight-lifting. 3) i don’t have a problem with ‘ethnic wife’ if she meets my qualifications for ‘traditional minded house-wife.’ also, kids are only ever half of your genetics, so i don’t have a problem with half-white. 4) hump and dump = NOT wife-material or anyone you’d want a kid with (but a man’s gotta have fun, and the humping will help boost testosterone). 5) expatriation… if the ship is going down, or if there are greener pastures elsewhere… why stay? i don’t see how that leads to fewer children.

    2. 1. As certain demographics prove on a daily basis, marriage and children have almost nothing in common. The Manosphere, which is not monolithic at all, promotes self-preservation.
      2. Not sure how that is relevant.
      3. I actually struggle with that myself. I am pro-White, and realize the trouble with our birth rate. On the other hand, most white women are feministed and boring and masculine and aggressive and I don’t like them. At the end of the day, I am concerned for the well being of our race, but more so for my own happiness and joy. Still hoping to find a good white one but for now, exotic it is.
      4. Again, certain demographics prove that they have nothing in common. Also not sure what the point of your whole comment is, since “having more children” is not in any way, shape or form a goal of the Manosphere.
      5. Again, not sure why that matters.

  17. Meh. Unless you’re seriously messed up, just take some DHEA supplements like i do.
As a Man gets closer to 40, his testosterone will naturally drop. This might not be a concern for you younger lads, but i’m not so far away from 40 so I started taking the best DHEA available. It’s an all natural hormone produced by your body that supplements a T dropoff by helping to stimulate T production.
I’ve been taking it for a little while now and i haven’t noticed any drop off in sexual prowess or masculine proficiency, which is the whole point.
Not to get too graphic but i tend to wear out my Lady more often than not.

    1. Does your Lady have ink on her back that reads:
      Inflate to 7 PSI
      Made in China
      LOL! I couldn’t resist.

  18. I’d bet that watching sports decreases a man’s T over the long term. We see guys getting really amped up at games and in front of the television, yelling and so forth. Sometimes, a fight breaks out. There seems to be an increase in T, or at least aggression. But such things are momentary. What are the long term effects? The very act of watching another man compete is beta behavior. Really, the spectator might as well be a cheerleader. There must be a signal to the spectator’s brain that the athlete, whom he is watching, is bigger, faster, stronger, and, in the case of professional sports, richer. Also, the athlete probably beds more women. A game is basically a three-hour promotion to the spectator that he is a beta male. And the more exposure, the deeper the conditioning. We all know what the hook is: When the spectator’s team wins, he feels that he himself has won. Winning boosts T. So the spectator feels a rush. He’s happy, invigorated. But the victory is vicariously-lived. For that reason it is short-lived. So the spectator craves more. And more. And more. Before long, he’s a raging idiot who dresses up in costumes, the so-called 12th man. And when “his team” loses, well, it’s just an utter catastrophe, a complete emotional collapse with the attendant spectrum of rage and shame. I think watching sports is like a drug. Its boosts T for a short period of time by tricking the brain. The long term effects however are very unhealthy. Not only is it complete brain-cuck, it leads to a passive, sedentary lifestyle of overeating and excessive drinking, thereby further lowering T.

    1. Not necessarily true. I train 5x week like it’s my job. Ripped to shreds, 6-2, 190, but stronger than many guys 215+. Love watching the New York Rangers. Grew up playing hockey, have former teammates that got drafted. Although generally speaking, you’re right.

    2. I totally agree. I have never understood why people love watching other people play a game, while they just sit there and watch. Nor does it make sense to me how someone can paint their face and yell “we won” when actually, a team won that has no idea he exists while he sat there and drank beer. Different strokes I suppose.

  19. Lift weights, ear meat, get plenty of sleep, and drink pretty much only water. Just saved you tons of money.

  20. guys…..getting old is part of the life cycle…….
I heard 5 year olds have low T too, it’s just part of the life cycle or shall we shoot them up with TRT too?

  21. I don’t understand why you would need a book to get TRT? If you genuinely have low testosterone levels and need TRT, just go to your doctor and have it checked out.

  22. These commercials are getting a little out of hand. It’s one thing to have an actual legitimate article that plugs a product but this is just crass.

  23. Dr Brownstein has a newsletter, one of his earliest is talking about the effects of low T on the heart, and heart disease / men . Every man should read it. Know that Monsanto, and big agra has been putting estrogenic foods on your table with soy this and that to the point that sperm counts in health men have fallen from 150 million per to 15-20 million per unit over the last 50 years rendering a fertility crisis as well as slowly killing us with SOY, CANOLA, and BPA, GMO WHEAT, also very toxic as it eats your gut and digestive system away.. baby formula has the average of 5 birth control pills a day in it. And we wonder why men are turning into manganianas
