Cable television is a blue pill pacifier of mind control and psychological conditioning. Within my own personal life, I’ve noticed a direct correlation between the amount of television somebody watches and how uninteresting they are as a person. The Manosphere offers a plethora of analysis on the mindset of the indoctrinated leftist and what fuels their crude, vitriolic behavior. For the disease of liberalism, I offer a simple diagnosis: they watch too much television.

Your Mind on Television

Have you ever tried to get the attention of a child or friend while they’re watching television? You’re two feet away, practically yelling in their ear and they still don’t hear you because they are consumed by the TV, mesmerized, practically drooling. This is because their mind is in a hypnotic state.

Watching television induces low alpha waves in the brain putting your mind in a passive, suggestive condition. Low alpha waves induced by the flicker rate of television aren’t the same as relaxed alpha wave states created by meditation or going for a walk. Low alpha waves are the opposite of beta waves which are produced during mental activities. Beta waves are associated with active, logical thought.

The logical part of your brain turns off while watching television. Advertisers are aware of this and their task is to simply associate their brand with something positive during this hyper-receptive state, precisely why you see so many hot babes in beer commercials.

Has it happened that you were watching a television show, and when it cuts to commercial break, you forget what you’re watching? This is because your mind is essentially asleep while you’re watching television. Your eyes remain open, but your mind rests in a trancelike state.

Who owns the media?

90% of the media we consume comes from six giant companies—GE, News-Corp, Disney, Viacom, Time Warner, and CBS. GE owns Comcast, NBC, and Universal Pictures. News-Corp owns Fox, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Post. Disney owns ABC, ESPN, Pixar, Miramax, and Marvel Studios. Viacom controls MTV, Nick Jr., BET, CMT and Paramount Pictures. Time Warner is in possession of CNN, HBO, and Time. CBS owns Showtime and NFL.com. 

The media is in the hands of a very few, powerful corporations. Virtually everything on television is globalist approved propaganda. The television consumer is given the illusion of choice. 

As noted by Phil Farnsworth television is not reality, rather it distorts one’s vision of reality. The concept of a media diet is important. Your diet doesn’t simply consist of the things you eat. Almost as important, your media diet is a direct reflection of where your intellectual curiosity has taken you which includes things like movies, books, blogs, and live streams. Watching television is a form of mental incarceration where the incurious choose to remain asleep.

As a youth, my young relatives and I would mischievously gather around the television to watch “Trash TV” like Jerry Springer and Maury. An older relative of mine would storm into the room and tell us not to watch “Trash TV.” Fast-forward to the current year and that same boomer relative is completely addicted to CNN, MSNBC and other forms of Trash TV.

We are at a point in history where people living in the same countries are actually living in different worlds depending upon where they get their information. For many, especially boomers, a news story is not “real” unless it’s on television. In this sense, the television screen completely controls their sense of reality. An issue is not “legit” unless they are programmed to believe it’s legitimate. For many Boomers, television is their god. It’s their ultimate authority on all information.

A Way Out  / Conclusion

Next time you watch a commercial on television, conduct an experiment and see if the commercial fits into the cultural Marxist paradigm. I almost guarantee you the men will be depicted as incompetents and women will have the logic of astronauts. This is especially true in family car and beer commercials, often referred to as Cuckmercials. I can assure you, Cuckmercials are frequent if not dominant.

Once you realize the only product being sold on TV is cultural Marxism controlled by a small group of corporations, it becomes difficult if not impossible to watch. Watching television trains your brain to watch more television. Breaking the habit becomes easy after breaking the behavioral and social patterns involved with watching TV are broken.

Don’t hang out with television addicts. They offer nothing but useless pop trivia and sportsball knowledge. Their bodies will decay into cold bags of soymilk as they melt on their couches glued to the Boomer Tube. The culture of liberalism consists mostly of television, Netflix, Sportsball, Beyoncé, obesity, and homosexuality. The main culprit of their illness is their one true god, the television screen.

Their is one former really good RP site which I have given the boot as he has fully monetized himself and is now flogging a overpriced Drop Shopping course which I though when out years ago he will just end up selling courses and living off the commission. The single most common question I get asked by anyone is “HAVE YOU SEEN [SHOW]???” I tell them no, I stopped watching TV years ago – and they are all uniformly more taken aback and horrified by this admission than any of the old ladies from church were when they heard that I was cutting my formal religious ties.
    And then it’s “oh but you haaaaave to watch this one, if you’re going to watch ONE SHOW, it HAS be this one, it’s sooooo good.” And they say this about every. single. show.
    Try having a conversation with any normal person without it turning into them delivering a synopsis of whatever series they’re following… HAH!

      Yup, I’m in the same wave. I haven’t watched TV since 2006, that’s when I cancelled the cable service and I only kept the internet service for school and work.
      Nowadays, if I’m interested in an specific topic, I can just do my own research and then make my own critical thinking, no need to watch biased propaganda for that.

    4. I notice how a lot of people will react to my negative comments about watching TV with what appears to be an clearly noticeable defensive posture, reminding me of how people might react if I were verbally attacking and criticizing a member of their family.
      I have a brother who’s wide screen TV is on almost 18-20 hours per day. He even keeps it on when he isn’t home; tunes into the Dog channel and says his two dogs like to watch the other dogs that appear on that channel.
      In my house, I own a HDTV – but months will go by and that thing is never turned on. I might use the DVD player that is connected to it to watch an occasional movie on DVD, but even that is a rare occurrence. In fact, I have a box full of movie DVDs that are still encased, unopened, in their original shrink wrap that have been sitting there for a year that I never have time to sit down to watch.
      I think TV watching starts out as a habit and is used to avoid boredom, but quickly turns into an addiction – once the brainwashing sinks its teeth into your brain.

    This may sound silly, but I notice I am calmer after about 15 years or so withour t.v. Nor do I have much concern for issues that don’t impact me personally. I am not “whipped-up” by news or political “mealy-mouths”, spewing their venom for the world to sip.
    Best solution I have found, at least for myself, is this; get your “fuck you money” and drop out of the rat race.

    1. The last time I watched TV was the weather channel when some hurricane was coming. I watched minute by minute to stay on top of it since I couldn’t be there to live it first hand. I sat cozy in my faraway home indoors with other junk to do like soldering something I was fixing while the TV buzzed with all the excitement unfolding.
      Boomers do seem to be the biggest TV idiots I agree. Even seemingly good flyover white folks with a nice yard, big green lawn and American flag flying out front are likely found unwinding for up to 4-6 hours after work with a habitual plate of §h¡† programming that they watch nightly before they pass out after eating a dinner of processed §h¡† high carb helper box skillet dinner where you add canned meat. Then they repeat the next day. An after work §h¡† food beating on their poor liver followed by another §h¡† propaganda beating to pulverize their mind. Try to speak red pill anything to them and they’re like “huh??” “whaa did you say something?”.
      The old boomer white women of these homes too get a dose of ‘Ellen’ like it’s a One-a-Day women’s vitamin, which makes them a bit too hen biddy or bossy over the house, like it’s their roost. The boomer man supplicates in return and works like a mule to keep her life easy, new dishwasher, new car, anything to keep a post wall nagging hag pacified like the commercials suggest.

    I read it about 15 years ago and my TV viewing dramatically dropped and has been minimal since.
    Worth checking out.

        primarily because I liked Don Johnson from his days on Miami Vice.
        Nash Bridges character would usually have a new squeeze every week, usually some hot looking chick he met in the course of his weekly policing activities.     1. I’ve started building a small library of shows on DVD for my kids. Stuff like Andy Griffith, Hogan’s Heroes, The A-Team, Dukes of Hazzard… not all pre-1970, but all way better than anything I’ve seen on TV these days.

You’re right in that there’s far too much worthless TV out there like most network sitcoms and channels aimed at women like E!, Lifetime and the like. But now most everyone is glued to their phones doing social media bullshit or otherwise tuning the rest of the world out.
    One red-pill talking point re: TV I’ve heard recently (and occasionally in the past) is that mainstream sports are for cucks, and wearing jerseys of your favorite teams/players makes you even more of a cuck. I’ll gladly tell anyone who parrots this to go fuck themselves. I’ll still watch the network broadcasts of “my” Patriots simply because >99% of online streaming sites are slow/choppy, have shitty quality, and a billion ads to click through before you actually see anything; and I’m not paying $100 to watch them in full HD “anywhere, anytime, on any device”. And I buy my jerseys on eBay so I’m not patronizing the NFL/MLB in that respect either.

  24. There are some worthwhile diversions to be found on TV, but almost invariably they’re made before the 70’s. Try watching MeTV (out of Chicago, on many cable systems). Most old westerns are well worth watching, and many VERY redpill. “The Rifleman” and early “Gunsmoke” are particularly good, as well as “Have Gun, Will Travel” and “Wanted:Dead or Alive.” All feature men, not beta cucks or white knights in leading roles, and storylines often reveal the true nature of women at their worst.
    For family humor, “Leave It To Beaver” is outstanding, and the lessons about family life resonate today. Dad works, mom stays at home, both are always well-dressed. Dad is strong, mother supportive and children respectful. They’re not perfect, but they support each other. You see how great male friendships can be, and how imperfect they can be. When the boys discover girls, the boys learn how wily females can be. Women are respected, but no illusions are fostered and women certainly are not placed on pedestals. There are episodes where we see the damage divorce causes, the shallowness of the materialism. If you want to see a show that celebrates the nuclear family, you’re not going to find better.
    In any of these shows you will not find thirsty buffoons begging their much-smarter wives for sex, or homosexuals smarter and more sophisticated than oafish breeders. There are minorities, but they’re not more hip, more cool, more dominant laughing at the beta white men as they bed the horny white women.
    These shows may not have been a perfect mirror of an imperfect society, but they gave us an ideal, something after which we could model ourselves.

Many things were presented as factual that weren’t but it would seem no to to matter. This laid the groundwork for where we are today.     The old “Star Trek:” manly heroes (Kirk), absolutely stunning women in cute uniforms, and lots of action. Yes there was some liberalism, but overall a pretty masculine show. Also consider Nurse Chapel’s endless quest for Spock’s attention in part because he was so unattainable to her.
    “The Rifleman.” Think Lucas McCain would let anything happen to friends and family? A hard worker, competent, just, and brave.
    “Space: 1999.” Yes, many people make fun of this show and it was silly in some ways (the Moon as a surrogate starship), but you realize that when times are tough people had better get their acts together, and sometimes one must make choices one does not want to. It also warned of hazards that are becoming real with modern technology and scarce resources (“Mission of the Darians”). The first season in particular was good.
    “Kojak.” The original was gritty, and there was no place for wimps in Kojak’s world, which was often brutal and dirty.
    “The Rockford Files.” Everyday guy Rockford always managed to pull through, and even put a hippy in her place. He was quite believable.
