Obesity is running rampant in the United States of ‘Murica. While our southern neighbors in Mexico are now statistically part of the fattest nation on Earth, we have a hell of a long way to go in order to shake our international reputation as a country full of unattractive and wobbling land whales.
This article will identify five ways that the people of the United States can be encouraged to ditch their spare tires, and I encourage them to heed as much of this advice as possible. For while it won’t exactly turn you (or society at large) into gym-fit personalities, it will spare you from the damnation of ever having to get around Wal-Mart on an electric scooter out of necessity, rather than on your own two feet.
1. Fat Shaming
Only in the United States of America is the attitude towards confronting morbid obesity so out of whack with the rest of the planet. People are actually applauded for working around their obesity problems (e.g. with “reaching brooms” or “rags on sticks”) rather than attacking the root cause of their condition. That is, getting absolutely zero physical exertion and having a horrendously unhealthy diet.
Why be motivated to actually get off your fat ass and do something about it, when 60 Minutes or some other prime time television rag might come over to your house and do some “inspirational” story about how you’re “overcoming adversity” or some other lame spiel like that?
We have to put a stop to unconditional fat acceptance. Fat shaming is an excellent way to motivate people into changing their habits for the good of their own health, appearance, mortality, and to lessen the burden on our (literally) overstretched health care system. People have very little incentive to get back into shape if society leads them to believe that all of their beauty is “on the inside.” That’s just something ugly people and Feminists say (and we all know they are both two peas in a pod).
And to all the people who think that fat shaming is akin to “bullying,” I encourage everyone to congratulate and express admiration to former fat persons and people who are making genuine strides towards waistline redemption. People who are motivated, work hard, and have the fortitude to stick with an effective exercise and diet regime deserve high praise. But until then…
2. Eat Fresh, Never Frozen
The United States of America is king of the world when it comes to effortless (lazy) meal preparation. Go into any major U.S. supermarket except for the two healthier chains (Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s) and there is aisle-after-aisle-after-aisle of frozen foodstuffs which are meant to be nuked in the microwave for a couple of minutes, and the rest is history.
But any product that wants to market itself as cheap and easy, is usually hiding something very undesirable behind all the positive advertising. Frozen foods in the United States tend to have sky-high levels of sodium if the calorie and saturated fat count is low, and high calorie and fat levels if the sodium is comparatively low.
The foodstuffs are also jam-packed with chemicals and other additives which are never to be found in the pantries of any self-respecting home cook. Unfortunately, your body just can’t win when confronted with these so-called “frankenfoods.” And yes, that includes the Lean Cuisine meals which pile on the added salt and chemicals.
Make your food fresh. Besides, nobody wants to eat scabby lasagna that came from a frozen dinner.
3. Stop The Pop (And Fries Too)
Carbonated drinks and french fries are the two most common side items at most well known American fast food chains and even at a lot of restaurants. For people who order a full meal at these establishments, they are often forced upon you with no other alternatives to choose from. And they are absolutely terrible for your health.
Sugary drinks and thin-cut french fries are nothing but nutritionally bankrupt empty calories which are jam packed with sugar and salt. Do you want a quick ticket to weight gain and a fatal premature coronary at 55? Just keep this sort of diet up, my friend.
Cut out the fries completely and always order water instead of any sort of pop. It’s the primary ingredient of life itself, and it often costs nothing to order while soda has grossly inflated prices compared to its material costs.
As for the main dish in a classic American meal, the good ol’ burger, it actually has far more nutritional value than most people would like to give it credit for. A good quality burger at In-N-Out or Smash Burger, which has a great cut of beef with plenty of fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, and irresistible seasoning and sauces, is damn good eating. It’s filling, has plenty of protein, and you’ve got the basic food groups covered in one package just short of fruit.
Just avoid any over-the-top bacon and beef burgers which completely lack any vegetable matter, like that “Baconator” monstrosity at Wendy’s. Anything similar to the “good morning burger” from an old episode of The Simpsons should also be treated in the same manner. Like a 21st century marriage, you should stay away from it.
4. Avoid Anything Distinctly “American”
This includes a variety of monstrous concoctions that just about every other country on Earth considers to either be too over-the-top, or just outright disgusting, to have on their supermarket shelves and restaurant menus. Think cheese-in-a-can (EZ cheese), the Wendy’s “Baconator” sandwich, bacon-flavored sundaes, any kind of gimmicky children’s breakfast cereal, and the classic culprit “American Cheese.”
Seriously, if what you see on a U.S. supermarket shelf has a closely-related counterpart in Europe or Australia (with the added bonus of not having HFCS and other chemical crap), that is probably a good sign. That’s because they certainly do not stock “American Cheese.”
The “American Cheese” as we know it today is fattening manufactured garbage which contains whey protein concentrate, saturated oils, emusifiers, salt, and an amount of actual cheese which can be left completely ambiguous to the consumer. Because its manufacturing process differs from unprocessed cheeses, American cheese can not be legally sold under the authentic name of “cheese” even in the US.
Finally, while Philly cheese steaks, New York or Chicago-style pizza, and “soul food” are certainly more real (and tastier) regional food items, they are no magic ticket to weight loss either. Save it for a special occasion or whenever you make a pilgrimage to those distinctive enclaves.
Blind patriotism has a penalty. As you can see, Captain ‘Murica exhibits the unfortunate results of overeating distinctly American foods such as American cheese, corn dogs, and big gulps.
5. Get Out Of The United States
This is certainly the most costly option and is not applicable to people who are tied to commitments like their careers, education, relationships, children, or property. However, it is without doubt an effective, and almost effortless, weight loss treatment in it’s own right.
Honestly, when you leave American society, your mind and emotions begin to become unclouded. Your actions and thoughts begin to correct themselves. When you don’t watch the horse manure on TV, eat the chemical-encrusted fast food, or listen to the brain dead music on the radio, slowly but surely your “hip hop” programming begins to wear off.
Your taste buds change. Even the smell of your skin. You can feel yourself getting healthy. You’re gradually losing some desired poundage even though you’re not doing any particular hard exercise. That’s what happens when you are set free from high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, and all the other industrial food poisons which just about every society on Earth (other than the United States) has figured out they are much better off without.
So just get north of the 38th parallel, south of the Rio Grande, or somewhere over the North Pacific and North Atlantic oceans. It can be a weight loss miracle cure waiting to happen.

UK = Fattest nation in Europe.
Plenty of landwhales in Canada too, although not as many.
Save the mammoth!
I think I found one. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2876150/I-feel-like-nasty-yucky-monster-Housebound-woman-24-obese-hardly-stand-stars-season-three-600-lb-Life.html
Reading that article gives me the impression that “mental obesity” precedes physical obesity.
ok, the using-the-toilet-image got me…
Probably completely covers the whole toilet.
Down to the little bolts at the base.
Can you imagine trying to get it on with that?
No, at some point it resembles a bestiality fetish.
That must one hell of a toilet to sustain 600 lbs.
The physics of the matter dictates that substantial portions of those 600lbs are still being supported by the floor, regardless of position used.
Is that humor dry enough for ya?
Or a rescue mission to find the last thirsty beta seen with her.
Could call the Green Peace crew aboard the Rainbow Warrior and ask if they have seen him…
How in the world does anyone get so incredibly, so humongously fat at just 24 years of age? Yes, I know the food is utterly crap in the US, but it still blows my mind.
Eat absolute crap every day all day an an drink nothing but sugar loaded drinks an do next to no physical activity expect to go to the kitchen or bathroom is how you get that big.
…and she has a boyfriend of 2 years??? Talk about thirsty!
In the old days, they used to have pitchforks & torches to solve these problems.
I wanted to throw out some fat-hate, but seeing that woman just made me sad. How does that happen to a human being?
And she has a boyfriend?!?!?
I’ve watched quite a lot of obesity related documentaries and the partner is most often what is called “the enabler”. These people get fulfillement by feeding their partners. And the weird thing is that it’s not even a sexual thing.
One thing that could help is to reintroduce the wolves and bears into urban areas as predators.
Nothing says “lack of weeding process” more than our abundance of fat stupid people.
The Farm Bill is as bad as the PATRIOT Act.
Whoa, slow down buddy, your tinfoil hat is gonna fall off.
The “leftist” zones in America have the healthy food because of their high correlation to wealthy, educated people who demand it and can afford it.
The shit eaten by the flyover states is affordable because of the ludicrous subsidies larded onto corn and soybeans, a conspiracy foisted on the public by the congressmen from those very same states…most of them Republican.
So where are all those wealthy educated people when they are not SJWing it up on the internet? Laughing at People of Walmart?
One of my little side missions of late is going to to the fat little gun owners in the sticks and telling them pretty much that my post says. Yes they get to have diabeetus at 40 and cancer at 50 but their counterpart gets to live healthy to 80 voting for one Clinton and Obama after another.
Really riles them up.
I’ve met my share of lardass 2nd amendment diehards too. Hopefully they will be able to do the shooting in their revolution from recliners with access to chips and pop.
The only thing worse that 2nd Amendment lardasses are the prepper lardasses.
If I had a dollar for every time I see “Mr Prepper” talking about getting off grid and here’s big fat wifey in tow and they have to go off grid “within driving distance to a doctor so she can make her appointments” I could buy my own escape boat. They’ll get the land, some “shelter”, top notch AR-15s with Eotechs, 4X4, etc. but hey if you really want to prep and be serious about it, how about prepping the body? That means put the fucking cupcakes down and get into a level of health that does not require fucking doctors and fucking prescriptions?
I eat non-GMO and avoid sugar 95 percent of the time (except when having my rum and cola but I stay the fuck away from high fructose at all costs) and I have not needed a doctor in over a decade. I’m over 40 and in the same shape I was in in my 20s, wearing the same size clothes I wore in high school. Yet here are all these “preppers” who are so “smart” to see the world falling apart and “doing something about it’ but still like the brainless sheeple they thing they are not, do not question the “get fat as you age” and “get unhealthy as you age” and “everybody on some kind of med of some kind” dictums, all automagically or “bad luck”.
A lot of SWPLs are out riding bikes atm instead of being on the internet.
spot on. people who teach preventative health through exercise and diet should be millionaires. but sadly this is not the case in our sick society.
My chiropractor whom I truly am grateful for has this problem. The insurance would gladly dole out for a total disc displacement surgery which would run them close to 100k once everything was done but I get 9 sessions at 50 bucks a pop with a chiro. Meanwhile, the chiro has me walking again, lifting again and living my life again.
The fact that the insurance doesn’t see this as a win is preposterous but whatcha gonna do
but this is just further proof that we simply don’t operate anything close to a free market system. medical insurance is a fraud and designed to keep people sick and returning customers, ultimately bankrupting the middle class. so watcha gunna do? continue to beat that drum…and shout from the rooftops that we live under a soros-funded tyranny
Medical insurance is a business. As a business it is self interested. The interests of the business often conflict with the interests of the individual patient and that sucks.
That said, the United States has the absolute best, most well funded and most advanced medical community in the world.
You take the good with the bad, bitch and moan on the internet when things go against you, wake up in the morning and go back to work.
See: the whole think makes sense without having to involve Checkov’s Jew
to put it in terms of the current zeitgeist, the fact that your chiro can heal you at a fraction of the cost would be considered fake news by the establishment. I can’t accept the idea that the companies within the medical insurance industry as it stands today operate as businesses in the context of free market capitalism. they are monopolistic and rely on government to enforce the monopoly. i do agree that our medical system is quite advanced, but that is due mainly to the innovation of individuals inside the system, not the system itself.
My surgeon sent me to the Chiro.
The innovations of the individuals are impossible without the money.
There is lots of money involved and so of course it is crooked. That’s like pointing out that there is rice in china. The question is: do you get a level of care commensurate with the cost
For me, that answer is yes. I know there is corruption but in the end I am given an opportunity to take full advantage of the only first world medical community on the planet and live healthier than any prior generation for a reasonable amount of money.
I just watched 2 episodes of Duck Dynasty while eating my Wendy’s TRiple XXXLBaconator (true Murican source of protein) just to make sure hunger doesn’t kick in when the time comes get Mah GUNz.
Some truth but I’d say keep an eye on any (and every) politician. Democrats (or any politician) will tell you anything to keep the money coming in from their larger donors. Don’t be fooled into thinking it’s all of the Republicans (or mostly).
There are plenty of politicians (regardless of the party) who lookout for number one (self) and could care less about the citizens. Keep the money train coming….that’s all.
Some good points. I would say always “follow the money” in any city, county or state in the U.S..
Money is the primary reason why we do anything and everything, first, in this country. Your health or education is a very distant second. Food is no different. Politicians will always side with whichever side is providing the funds. They’ll gladly side with the money and tell their constituents the benefit of having this “garbage” in grocery stores, restaurants or their homes.
Always follow the money trail (at least in the country). It will always point in the right direction.
Follow the money back to 1913. Any self proclaimed “red pill” man owes himself this.
I bit to much conspiracy there bro!
The “Golden Goose” closing in on 20 trillion dollars in debt?
I agree with your remarks on Planned parenthood though.
The very day after 9/11 I was in Seattle’s tallest building downtown. Looking back, I was very stupid. Lunchtime… and the alarm went off. I mean this was September 12, 2001. I was out of the food court, out the building, down the street and blocks away within 40 seconds, warning people all along the way. Only one person really listened to me and also changed course to get away from the Seattle landmark building. The big black building if anyone knows. South end of downtown. One woman laughed off my warning and looked at me like I was lost in a superhero fantasy or some such ridiculous thing. I slowly came back up the hill to look things over. At that point, the fatasses were FINALLY making it out of the building, waddling along and looking PISSED that their meals were interrupted. Ten minutes later. Maybe I was an idiot to head back at all that day. The image of this hoard of fatasses who could barely be bothered to evacuate on Sept. 12, 2001 from easily the city’s target building (for a similar attack) was just something I will never forget. Fat as hell, still with food in both mitts, barely giving enough of a shit to even move. It was apocalyptic. The obesity overwhelms. I like ROK but in a lot of manosphere articles, like Rational Male etc, the guys just all lose sight of how hopelessly and untenably fat the women are. “Frame”, “SMV”, “Spinning Plates” “Negs” “Dark Triad” all those topics are fun to read about and the analysis is often brilliant but the poor souls heading out to the sports bar in Akron, trying to work their game is just so hopeless. All due to obesity.
That’s the box the Space Needle came in.
this is all 100% true
“I WASH MYSELF WITH A RAG ON A STICK!”
It is called go to the fucking gym, or do some exercise such as running and don’t eat too much! And if you eat, then cut down the junk food! Fat shaming works too because it gets the fatty off the couch and makes him/her do something. American food, in general, is fattening, so try different foods from different countries because they ain’t that fattening.
What kind of exercise do you suggest for me-I have extreme joint pain and can no longer run-I lifted weights for 10 years straight, but never did cardio…
Point 1: Better to stop worrying what others are doing and live by example. Those who are inspired will follow
Point 2: Depends. Frozen raw vegetables can be steamed in 15 minutes and make a healthy side-dish to a main protein serving. Flash-frozen usually preserves nutritional values. The main point shouldn’t be to avoid frozen, but to avoid anything with excessive ingredients. Simpler is closer to nature; so it’s better. An amazing dinner has 6-7 ingredients: butter, pepper, steak, thyme, broccoli, water.
Point 3: Goes without saying, but diet drinks with 0 calories don’t make you fat. They can be “gateway” drinks, i.e., you often have them with unhealthy food. Also, some people like fizz – so better options are out there. My personal favorite: Club soda with a spritz of fresh lime.
Point 4: Again, more about being “processed” than American. Burnt-end chili is a popular dish in Kansas. It’s distinctly American. You don’t get burnt end stews in Europe. It’s also pretty healthy compared to a KFC double down because it’s a simple meal made without preservatives.
Point 5: Absolutely not necessary. In fact, America is one of the best places to be thin – because of its capitalist nature and the general vapidity and shallowness of the typical American, healthy options are usually everywhere. It’s mind-numbingly easy to eat well in America.
correct on point 2…frozen vegetables is a quick and easy way of getting veg into your diet…
avoid all processed, sugary, fructose and flour based products….
I think point 2 was manily about prepared, microwaved meals. Frozen vegetables are a godsend for a single person. Not only do fresh vegetables go off before you can eat them, often it’s days and days before they get to the supermarket, meaning they lose a lot of their nutritional value anyway even though they are “fresh”. Even tinned vegetables are … well … not as bad a choice as microwaveable meals.
“Point 5: Absolutely not necessary. In fact, America is one of the best places to be thin – because of its capitalist nature and the general vapidity and shallowness of the typical American, healthy options are usually everywhere”
Fat or slender, the females in America are still worthless to the core. Leaving America to lose weight one will find other benefits.
I have to share with the group. I used to be 60 lbs overweight. I lost it all on a few trips to Taiwan. I have no idea how, I didn’t try to diet, I didn’t cut back on drinking, just being in Taiwan made me lose 10 lbs ever week I was there. THERE’s SOMETHING IN THE WATER HERE PEOPLE!
You probably ate less (portion control) and walked more.
Perhaps your intestines got infested by some parasite over there.
Being surrounded by fat people makes you fat. There’s been plenty of studies on this. Also, fast food advertising is everywhere – which has an effect on you that you aren’t consciously aware of – and higher stress levels also cause weight gain. America is overflowing with fat-enabling triggers. I’d never gained any weight during my adult life except when I moved to America for 3 months (I gained about 2 lb every week I was there – I lost it after I moved out, though).
This country does nothing but consume. We buy and eat (the real problem).
Overseas (lived there for many years) the attitude on eating, diet and exercise is very different. In Germany, we ate healthy food and we walked almost everywhere.
Today, kids can’t even walk to the god damn bus stop. I see parents out there all of the time (even on sunny days) driving their kids to the bus stop.
and we wonder why people are fat?
I still live in ‘Murica… but…
1) I don’t buy/eat processed or frozen foods.
2) I don’t buy/drink Soda (except for occasional drink mixers).
3) I don’t buy/eat fast food.
4) I don’t watch TV
5) I don’t listen to the radio
6) I don’t even glance at sports/gossip/U.S. distractions anymore
7) I avoid city-sized crowds like the plague
What’s amazing is how completely unpalatable those things are after you’ve gone without them for a while. Just listening to shit the local news says can literally make me sick to my stomach.
Servings. I was in a restaurant once. Once. Anyway I can get filled up on an appetizer but there was a couple – little land blimps – over at the next table and they each put away an appetizer, full course with side dishes, and desert.
Gluttony was listed as a sin for a reason. And there’s a reason why the most morally corrupt society has the fattest people.
You can still survive in the U.S. on the typical restaurant servings and not get fat… but basically you end up skipping meals. For instance, 2-3 nights a week, I simply don’t eat dinner. Occasionally I’ll find myself not eating at all for 24 hours (missed lunch at work, didn’t eat at home, didn’t grab b-fast before work the next day)…
The ‘three square meals’ a day trope is one of the most blatantly dishonest of all the classic advices that Americans give/get. Why anyone would hold American eating habits up as effective is just extraordinary. Skipping meals when you can will save you a couple thousand a year in cash. It’s much better for your body, body fat, hormones etc. If you think about the typical western life..we’re never hungry. If you’re hungry, you eat, immediately. This causes some of our most primary functions to wither unneeded. The body’s ability to burn stored fat is hardly ever called on, becomes less effective and fat is stored much more resiliently. I’m sorry if that is ‘bro-science-ish’ and it might be, but it’s my theory after conducting experiments with my own body. And skipping meals is the result of simply not being hungry anyway. I live overseas and when I come home, I’m amazed at how much people eat. Piles of food at Bennigans or places like that. Then, if you try to skip a meal in ‘Murica, you will have people look at you like you’re about to die. “You gotta eat. C’mon, eat something!” It almost makes people angry if you skip dinner. There they are 50 pounds overweight, damn near glaring at you for skipping a meal and insisting that they know what’s best.
The three square meals were for farmers and lumberjacks of the 19th century. They needed that many calories as they were burning a ton in very strenuous work every day. Sitting in my cubie exercising my wrist, not so much.
I’m an electricians apprentice, lift weights, and snowboard/climb mountains. 3 squares is doing me just fine, but most people sit and excercise their mouse hand all day.i think it’s rare for the majority of people to be legitimately hungry at the end of their work day.
Yeah man, that’s true. I’m just a young buck, 17, and once I got my license and a truck I realized it’ll be cheaper for me if I skip a meal here and there, so I can throw more gas in my tank. Definitely won’t kill you.
“And there’s a reason why the most morally corrupt society has the fattest people.”
Looking at North Korea, nobody’s fat over there, except for one.
And even Seth Rogen & James Franco will be heading over there to handle that problem soon.
Sony conspiracy bs designed to promote a movie.
The movie Wall-E, the humans are all obese, watching entertainment 24/7 completely oblivious to the world around them
The premise is based on E.M. Forster’s “The Machine Stops”, a classic science fiction short story from 1909.
Just like 1984 and Brave New World, it is quite prophetic for our modern day.
Here’s a link if you want to read it. I think short stories can be underrated at times and this is an acclaimed work.

Eat. Barf. Repeat.
Excuse me! That’s an eating disorder and yes fatties have an eating disorder. Get with the program.
Henry VIII
Astounding how people in North America just don’t have an “off” button with their appetite.
Some one told me that that is the effect of High Fructose Corn Syrup…that it interferes with the hormone that signals satiation & should therefore be avoided.
I always get a box and, it usually makes a total of 3 meals. The portions in ‘Murica are massive.
what do u do then?
1 there is nothing wrong with frozen food. Nothing
2 it’s potatoes, even organic and baked that makes you fat.
3 food is not essentially unhealthy because it’s “fast”
4 people are not fat because they didn’t take advice, they are fat because they took the advice of the experts.
4 to 7 servings of grains a day ,and organic homegrown but starchy foods make you fat.
5 unlike what Roosh says ,American cheese is not fattening nor unhealthy
Eurotrash refuse to eat it because the patent was owned by the “Jooos” at Kraft.
Actually, I lied, because I buy meat in bulk and freeze it. So yes, I do eat frozen food.
Whether starches and grains make you fat depends highly on your genes/metabolism. My ancestors come from eastern Europe and potatoes/grains are actually the best food for me. I can eat tons without getting fat. However my body can’t take too much fat and protein. I’d strongly recommend to try out different diets and find out what fits your body best instead of mindlessly following one specific diet regime. (I bet that their are lots of men who do better on a protein based diet. It’s just not for everyone)
Thank you Durane. I have to continuously pound into the empty headed drones that plenty of cultures all over the world continue to eat white starch as one of their food staples. I really like your suggestion of looking at where your ancestors came from and then going from there.
wow, talk about misdirected woo (ahhhhh-thank you).
1) Frozen Food (talking about frozen dinners and not flash frozen spinach here) is pretty much the same as eating cancer only with a lot more salt.
2) Yes, potatoes (starches and carbs) are going to make you fat if you over eat them or cook them ‘murica style. A half a baked sweet potato with a grilled bit of protein makes for excellent meal.
3) “fast food” is a catchall for mcburgerkingdys and the such. Yes it is all terrible. No, it isn’t actually food. Yes, it will make you fat. OP isn’t talking about making a cucumber sandwich on 7 grain really really quickly.
4) 4-7 servings? Depends on your nutritional requirements. Come do a 2 hour lifting sesh with me at 5 am and then an hour of the stairclimber at 6 pm and you tell me how much starch you need. YMMV depending on level of activity.
5)You have to be kidding me the the american cheese bit. A single slice of kraft single 70 calories, 45 of which from fat. Sat fat in one slice is 3 grams (15% daily maximum consumption). That single slice also has 11% of the RDA of sodium based on a 2000 cal diet.
Nice. All cheeses are not equal. (That sounds too melodramatic).. One thing I read and believe is that pizza cheese is injected with enriching oils and fats much like fast food beef. Big Mac beef isn’t the same as a nice flank steak grilled and cheese injected with oils isn’t the same as a real brick of European cheese that is totally natural. Leave a piece of pizza out overnight and see how it turns into a piece of ceramic tile overnight. There is something wrong with putting something like that in your body. Then the Kraft cheese is just a whole other world of crap. I’m surprised Woo could be so misguided.
Ok Jeremy, I’m gonna bite. What do you do to fill your time? Yeah, work, exercise etc. I tried to go without TV and internet for one month and it was like solitary confinement. Almost went completely insane without a little electronic stimulation.
There is nothing wrong with frozen vegetables. Especially in the winter months. I use canned tomatoes to make sauce and chili. Budget concerns and the weather don’t always allow for fresh, however, I make most meals at home.
The problem here is SHITEATERS who eat processed SHIT in front of others. Smokers were banned and shunned into smoking out in the cold rear loading docks and downwind zones. Fat moms who must get their fix of trans fatty SHIT need to lock themselves in the bathroom like a junkie and poke their shit down their piehole before returning to titfeeding. It sets a bad example to the little bronies when we are trying desperately to break the insidious western fat entitled bitch standard. SHITEATING should be banned publicly not by government pig force, but by vocal shamers. The voice of the people. Let the state pigs do the shaming and they get fatter and hungrier. Let the people’s voice ring and it gets louder and more powerful.
Soda / Pop / Gatorade is the main culprit for obesity and bad health. You are better off smoking cigarettes than drinking that crap.
Do regular exercise is another thing people should be doing. What shits me most about the fat acceptance movement is that they completely ignore the fact that being overweight or obese is bad for your health an can cause massive problems. I think we should focus on that aspect rather than telling them they look ugly, they will rationalize that as us putting Hollywood beauty standards on them or some shit but they can’t deny the health risk an the amount of money governments have to spend on obesity related medical problems.
It’s useless to point out health, they don’t care about their health. Do you think someone who cared about their health would continue to overeat way past the point it became obvious they were obese? Plus, they can just rationalize it by saying “It’s my body, I can do what I want.”
Fat shaming is a Good Thing. I agree with you that it shouldn’t be about looks. It should be about shaming fat people for their disgusting lifestyle and habits. Take down all the fast food advertisements and replace them with pictures like this: http://i.ytimg.com/vi/hwQt7eM1Nvc/maxresdefault.jpg
http://images.sodahead.com/polls/002286385/3340102958_fatcavewomaneating_answer_3_xlarge.jpeg
With a text caption saying “This is what you look like.”
Yea I get what your saying I just believe that pointing out that the unhealthiness an health risks is a more tangible way of showing them their lifestyle is wrong. If shaming fat people works I’m all for it I just see so much hamster spinning about ‘big is beautiful’ an ‘healthy body image’ that I think they believe their own shit. I used to be fat while I was never massive I felt embarrassed at how I look an that’s got me to the gym an playing rugby to get myself healthier so I guess shame will work on some just depends on the individual.
“This is racist against fat people”
-Average SJW
We should also realize all of our bodies are different and handle the various items here in a complex way. For example I personally don’t have a problem with fat in abundance. Dieting and such should be handled in a case-by-case basis. The next person could have an issue with it and so on. However this set of rules should apply to everyone as a good starting point.
And stay away from the soda. Good god.
Fast food is a bad habit for everyone. Some handle it better than others, but it is still unhealthy.
You lost me when you badmouthed the Baconator.
Funny anecdote about #5. After a month and a half in Ukraine, I lost 10 pounds without even trying. And yes, I was eating between meals whenever I felt hungry — mainly ice cream bars, believe it or not.
If I had to guess why, I’d place it on eating breakfast and lunch but not dinner. The American custom of having a large dinner appears to contribute to obesity. At least with a large lunch, you burn it off all afternoon instead of going to bed.
What counts ultimately is total caloric intake. If you are eating two meals a day instead of three, you have the explanation for your weight loss. Time of day of intake matters less.
6) Do nothing, be a sheep, watch the world fall apart and starve to death in the FEMA camps.
Btw the first meme (the star wars one) is true…did you guys know Disney told princess Leia Organa ( Carrie Fisher) to lose weight before fitting into her role?
And speaking of breaking bad (the lasagna scene) look at how Walter White’s wife (Skylar) treats her husband…he has a guest over and look at her snotty ass attitude.. she cheats on him and is catered for -nothing to worry about since they have a heavy income of cash and she’s still ungrateful…notice how she gets fat throughout the season too… I feel like this depicts typical American women – UNGRATEFUL
Yah during the third and fourth season she put on some weight. I couldn’t stand her character. Walt was much better off without her.
Whining-ass, ungrateful, pedastalized CUNT
HBD helps. Part of the issue with our high carb diet is that races with lower carb tolerance are also subjected to it
Excellent advice. Part 5 particularly resonates with me. Have you been north of 38?
The first picture is of a woman. The second picture is the same woman, but on feminism. Any questions?

Fat lazy people annoy me to no end. When they have a job, they always want easy tasks where they don’t do any physical effort. The fit people are stuck to do the hard jobs while these fatasses are sitting on some machinery. Also, a lot of them don’t have jobs. They claim they can’t work because they are “disabled” and have a bunch of chronic illnesses, but these illnesses are caused by their morbid obesity. I could go on and on.
Good article. I asked a friend of mine who is a certified nutritionist (doctorate level) what he thinks of the American diet and how to eat healthier. As you mentioned, he too mentioned abstaining from all sodas, including diet versions. He said that people don’t realize it’s “dessert in a can”. I had never thought of it that way before he told me that. He also said to eat only food that our grandparents ate and if they wouldn’t recognize it, don’t eat it. So like you said, no processed, frozen meals or EZ-cheese, twinkies, etc.
Carbon dioxide is a waste product to begin with. Consuming carbonated beverages amounts to ingesting a waste product which your body has to get rid of anyway. It’s like eating feces or urine. Really the synergistic effect of the sweetners and empty carbs dulls the mind and hypes up the energy level so people can perform dumb mule tasks whilst not knowing or questioning what they do.
very interesting. Never thought of it like that.
Speaking of dessert in a can – if it’s made with milk, flavoured syrup, and cream then it’s not a coffee: it’s a milkshake. Adding a shot of espresso does not turn a milkshake into a coffee.
true. Some of those foo-foo coffee drinks/milkshakes at Starbucks can be 1000+ calories
my grandma was so proud of the huge blocks of American cheese that she used to buy. “Look!”, she’d loudly exclaim, “this is AMERICAN cheese!” She was so proud of it for some reason.
Eating out of convenience and lack of exercise. Plain and simple.
“Ugh, it’s already 8:30..let’s just get take-out.
Do they deliver?
Yes.
Good, cause I’m not walking 6 blocks to pick it up.”
Cook for yourself. Pick fresh ingredients; no frozen, no pre-packaged, no processed garbage. If you want to go full-hippy–> No GMO, all organic. (Personally, I go organic but sometimes I’m just not in the mood to be paying $2 for a green pepper). Even buying the most $$ ingredients at your local store will be pennies compared to eating out all the time.
EXERCISE. Lift, run, swim, hike, box, skate, whatever. Just get off your ass America.
It is that simple. You don’t have to move your life to Thailand or some shit. You don’t have to give up sugar or grains or the current boogey man gluten. Just make the unhealthy the rare exceptions, not the rule.
I can’t tell you the last time I sat down at a Pizza Hut or KFC. The last time I had fast food my stomach literally knotted up. This was my body’s own way of saying to the brain, “Hey, what the hell is this shit you’re giving me?!”
Eventually, you won’t even think of setting foot in those places again.
You’re a bloody idiot if you actually believe that fat intake is a problem. Animal fats are hunkydory. It’s all those shit vegetable oils used in everything that’s even remotely processed that’s the fucking problem. Hell, people who believe the shit you obviously do are the same ones that shove Crisco and canola down their and their children’s throats. You obviously know nothing of nutrition whatsoever if you think the vegetables on a hamburger are in any way relevant. One tomato slice, one leaf of lettuce, and a bit of onion! Wow! So much healthier than one of those evuuul baconators! Fag.
Diet by weight: 80 green and root vegtabls, 18% meat and eggs, 2% fruit and legumes. 4000 calorys. works fine here.
Or you could eat like a man instead of a little bitch made faggot. Men eat meat, not leafs. It takes ridiculous quantities of that horse shit to get even remotely close to the nutritional value of a steak.
chill brah. if yu think the 4000 comes from the greens and not meat or that i can get 4k without eating kgs of protein daily, you know less about diet than you’d like to pretend. volume and calorie brakdown are not the same
plus, results spk louder than words and im not a fat fuck or a skinny fck anymore, so im doin somthing right.
You said 80% vegetables. You fucking pussy.
80% of your plate being vegeables is a bad thing even when yor eating several smal animals a day?/? unsure of your logic and nutritional cred. i dont take diety advice from berks on the net.
That’s not how to measure food intake you fucking moron. Goddamn ignorant proles everywhere.
actually, measuring food b volume, macros and micros, rather thn sticking to a single measure, is best for optimal health. yo speak of ignorant proles, yet i doubt you understand the implications of not feding your gut bactria properly.
Can’t tell if you are trolling. It’s hilarious how eating vegetables of any kind is verboten to American men.
No ! Let them grow fat.
When the system collapses, there will probably be a famine.
I don’t want to eat my cat or my dog, neither the animals of the zoo.
Fat people will be easy meat, and we could make candles with all of their spare fat.

They can’t run as fast either, you won’t even need guns just run them down and catch your meal. You can also keep them alive for a little while and find out were they’ve been hiding the food.
Not just meat but plenty of soap too, my friend 😛
I suppose reality always figures out a way to make even the useless things fulfill some function.
My solution to the problem requires harpoons… Many, many harpoons.
Reduce fossil fuel usage! Switch to 100% natural Soylent Green biofuel today!
Fat shame all you want, but there will always be a steady supply of beta guys willing to give attention, take care of and wife up fat women.
Honestly the only way to fight the Fatocalypse is to just completely disregard fat women. Pay them zero attention. Do not associate with them. Keep them out of your lives. Because there will always be fat women, and they are only getting fatter.
Lot of land whales here in Oz, I’m sorry to say. You can get a KFC double down “burger”. Plenty of single mums with no time to cook, feeding their kids pizza for dinner and sugary breakfast “cereal”.
Im going to get a little off topic here, but at the end of the article the author mentioned “stop watching tv”. Seriously, don’t watch tv. I haven’t had cable in 4 years and it truly is the best thing that accidentally happened to me.
Ive watched my father go from a good man who takes care of his wife and kids to a guy that works, gets home and eats on the couch, gets fat, and watches fox news everyday. The man cannot live without fox news. When I was younger if I had a problem and had to talk it was always…”hold on glen Becks gonna tear this guy up”. TV is the greatest control mechanism in history. Ive watched my father yell in arguments about how torture was wrong during the McCain primarys, to today where he yells torture is acceptable. The man literally parrots back information he hears. His “belief” all depending on the overall opinion of his favorite douche.
When I stopped watching tv I had the biggest period of personal growth in my life. You see how women are just a combination of their favorite characters on tv. You go to bars and see fat losers wearing jj watt jerseys cheering like they themselves accomplished something. Most importantly, you see opportunity. You realize they are distracted and you are not.
Anyways. Fuck fat people. Bring back #fatshamingweek.
Here here. I cut cable out several years ago and will never go back. I agree with all your observations, sorry to hear about your Dad. As it applies to women its just pathetic. Here they are crying about not being able to “self actualize” as if they’re being held back from some deep spiritual/psychological blossoming metamorphosis…only to see them assume, as you observed, a combination of pre-fab tv personalities. The full expression of this phenomenon is so disappointing as it is pathetic. And, today, we have the whole “tough guy” persona being produced by media consistent with the strong, independent women (TM). Yet, they demonstrate that they’re the opposite of all those things if they, especially when handed seemingly full license to self determine as it were, become a mass produced and, fictional, person or people.
Great comment. Incidentally I forfeited tv watching since the last month or so. I decided cable subscription was a pretty useless expense I could be saving on, and it only helps you waste time and procrastinate on more productive things you should be doing. The only I thing I might miss are certain programs on Discovery which were quite interesting, but that’s a small price to pay for getting rid of a major source of distraction.
Trust me…if you make it another month you will never use it again. About once a week I go to a small diner for lunch and I see whatever bs is playing on tv. So I can still stay up to date on the bs people believe in and I have at least a vague concept of what people are talking about in public. Recently during lunch the decline of america has been a show called “the chew”. Its like the view but its gay guys cooking in front of a morbidly obese crowd. The other show I always see is some bs on fox news where a bunch of women and 1 pushover of a man discuss gender issues. Shit is going downhill quick.
Don’t you love the Asia trannie on the Chew. Had to watch it in the lobby while waiting for an oil change. Gigantic hands, hugh adam’s apple.
Haha..I have no clue what that thing was.
“5. Get Out Of The United States”
You aint kiddin. I was recently visiting the States and my cousin and I had dinner at a Chilis restaurant. Whatever they are serving up turns to cement in your intestine. I didn’t shit for 2 days and when I did it was a grueling experience, complete with bloody asshole and all. I always have good digestion because I eat healthy when I’m not in America, but I made the mistake of going out to have a meal.
Your post is interesting in light of the fact that Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis are sharply on the rise in the USA, and the medical industry here “doesn’t know” why or what causes it. They have all kinds of pills and surgeries to alleviate your symptoms though.
Thanks for the heads up on those diseases. I guess from a business perspective it makes better sense to treat the diseases with drugs and surgery than to find the cause or to advocate eating healthy.
And that’s really one of the key problems in the USA – it’s profit above all else.
Isnt capitalism just swell.
You made the mistake of eating at Chili’s. Not all restaurants are like that.
I find I have to take Vitamin C supplements every morning to prevent that sort of thing.
Most food in this country is nothing but chemicals laced with food. It’s for this very reason .gov has waged a war against the small farm, particularly those that sell their goods outside of the confines of the ” food ” system. By removing a source of food that keeps people healthy and fit you remove a major roadblock to their plan for us. Americans are like cattle being fattened for slaughter. With their faces shoved right up against the idiot box, living their lives out vicariously through the celebrity of the moment, they are incapable of even seeing it.
The health care industry is licking their chomps and getting obesity designated as a medical disorder. After that insurance, medicare and Medicaid will pay for liposuction, berriatric surgery, lots of new prescription fat pills and on and on and on.
Money, money and more money to be made of fat.
Check around you area for local growers markets, natural markets and food co-ops. I found a rancher in my state, sold me 50lbs of lean, health, grass fed, non hormone/anitbiotic laced beef. The taste is amazing.
Unfortunately american society is missing the discerning home maker who focused on healthy meals for the family. Time for men to take on this responsibility. The most important things you do every day is eat, exercise and expand you knowledge.
Can’t agree with the author about traveling abroad it is a real eyeopener. But come home with the mindset to change things around you.
Oh, woe is us. The end is nigh…

This is what we’re afraid of?! And yes she’s Asian, and fat. So this ain’t an American (or Mexican) “problem”.
She’s “fuckably” fat 😉
Jack LaLanne said it best: “If man made it, don’t eat it!” and “If it tastes good, spit it out!”
With respect to soft drinks, both regular and diet options can, in
fact, be part of a balanced diet. The important thing for people to consider is
overall caloric balance, and offsetting intake with physical activity. This
mentality is a far more productive means of approaching a healthy diet, rather
than demonizing specific sources of calories. – American Beverage Association
Balanced diet my ass. Its an unhealthy drink one occasionally can indulge in.
You might as well skip it all together. Eating Health is much more efficient at mantaining a healthy weight than going to the gym.
The one problem I see with fat shaming (as opposed to simply NOT being a fat-apologist or enabler) is that you’re probably going to go too far and make fat people not want to be around people like you for fear of intimidation. Problem is, fat-shamers frequent the gym and other places where fatties can go to get healthy. I would rather encourage a fat person (or a drunk, chain smoker, etc) to get healthy than making fun of them or pointing out their problem all the time.
If you want to lose weight simply ditch most carbs to include: soda, snack food, bread, bagels, breakfast cereal, rice, pasta, pizza, potatoes, high-carb fruits (bananas, oranges, grapes) and desserts. Ditch the beer and drink wine or liquor without sugary mixers. Eat pretty much whatever else you want (within reason) and you will lose weight. You don’t need to go “All Atkins” to lose a bunch of weight; just reduce the main sources of your carbs and get thinner–fast.
A man’s general rule of thumb for chicks:
If on our face we do not wish for ye to sit,
thar be zero temptation for us to commit.
You mention the (American) cheese in an in n out burger as a nutritional plus, but then trash it in the next section.
Other than that, good article.
She’s a bad, bad girl:

Not to mention that children gorge on McFood and spend their free time in front of computer screens and video game consules. They will not be able to support the system years from now because a lot of them won’t live that long.
Reminder that a lot of Americans have low paying jobs and large families. Also that the whole system is made to target the middle class and poc. Minimum wage is a thing btw. If someone has a low paying job and a family to feed they have to work hard. Then all of the healthy foods are higher priced so they can’t buy it regularly so they are forced to look at the low priced unhealthy option.
Leptin is triggered by eating a good healthy meal and makes you stop eating. Fish and green leafy vegetables.
The problem is fruit and grains. A candy bar is better for you than a banana.
Unless you live in the USA where candy bars use High Fructose Corn Syrup. Then they are much the same.
Fructose (fruit sugar) is converted to fat in the liver and deposits on your body. Candy bars (outside of the USA) use regular sugar which you can burn during exercise.
Fruits were seasonal (a week or two per year) and the body is designed to store fruit sugar for later use as fat. Now they are available in the supermarket year round which means obesity.
Disagree. Maybe not the best but certainly not bad for you. I have lost 30 lbs over the pst three months by cutting out sugar and replacing it with fruit.
i’ve never ever seen a fat fruitarian, but according to this logic, fruitarians should be the fattest people on earth. just doesn’t dovetail with boots on the ground facts.
Good article good advice
Loved this article back when it first was published and love it now
#bringbackfatshshamingweek
Ive been to a trader joes located right next to a walmart. 90 percent thin people vs 90 percent fat…and right next door.
Never been a fattie, but grew a Dunlop (when your belly done lops over your belt) in my middle ages. Faced the hard truth that my youthful metabolism had done gone and I could become an egg on pipe cleaners, or I could cut las comidas. Choices. I chose to be lean.
https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/78a6d746839478957ea44ff521ce4874dc0cf55e757ab2bff74a3aed01cc2a85.jpg
I don’t understand the obesity epidemic. Being fit and healthy is fun!
And the “fat acceptance” movement, whatthefuckIcan’teven… Why embrace a lifestyle that is going to give you serious health problems when you are 40? It’s this attitude that makes me embrace fat shaming. As any guy who ever tried to get better with women will tell you, humiliation on the spot is the greatest motivator to improve yourself.
I’ll be 51 in a few weeks.
6’1″ / 170lbs.
I can eat like there’s no tomorrow, but usually on weeknights I am too tired from my 13 hour day (work+commute) to eat anything big. So usually a salad & maybe a couple of eggs.
I exercise regularly.
There have been times in my life when I gotten overweight, sometimes 10 to 15 pounds, but I have always gotten back down rather quickly. The idea is to not be a lazy slob. Pretty simple from my standpoint.
I used to be fat.
Here’s what I did to lose it:
1. Lose the sugar. Do not ingest more than 9 teaspoons per day. Note that most processed foods contain a ton of sugars, so you’re going to have to ditch that junk and prepare your own meals. I have one cheat day a week – usually Saturday.
2. Eat only at meal times. Do not snack. At the beginning before you’re used to doing this, you can snack on Nuts (walnuts are my favourite), as they contain healthy oils , protein, and minerals that satisfy your body without triggering too much of an insulin response from your body. Reducing snacking will allow your insulin levels to slowly decline after dining.
3. Take it easy on those foods that are quickly converted into sugars in your bloodstream, in other words, high glycemic index foods such as potatoes, simple carbs. If you want to eat those types of foods, make sure you combine them with other foods that have lots of proteins or fats, to slow their absorption through the digestive tract. At the beginning of my ‘diet’, I’d have one part carb to 2 parts of either proteins or fats. This really worked for me personally.
3. Walk more. Get out of your car when doing chores. Before making of point of doing this, I regarded walking a few blocks as a major undertaking (boy was I ever a lazy slob..lol). Now I think of nothing of walking a few miles; I do it all the time now. By the way, I live in a place where it gets to be -15C in winter yet I still get out there and walk..so no lame-ass excuses allowed. Get out of your damn car.
4. Be patient and deliberate. Your body takes time to change. But change it will.
Stop the pop is right. Several years ago I noted occasional blood and shreds of tissue in my piss. So I had tests for bladder and kidney cancer that showed none, but during that tie I noticed the symptom only happened when I happened to drink a diet Coke or Dr Pepper etc. I don’t think the doctor ever believed me but after I quit that stuff I never had that happen.
Too much sugar is bad enough but anything that substitutes for it is likely to be deadly. Avoid all that crap and you’ll feel better and probably live longer.
Buy and support your local mom and pop farms and make sure they don’t use pesticides and are organic. Use reverse osmosis filter to remove fluoride from water. It doesn’t completely remove it so you need to take potassium iodide but don’t overdose on Potassium Iodide. It de-calcify your pineal gland (pituitary gland) that has been hardened from all the fluoride from water and using toothpaste.
Don’t use toothpaste and use salt to brush your teeth.
Don’t buy from large corporation foods as they are known to not give a shit about quality.
A lot of food in America are peppered with all those unknown chemicals. This is why working out and lifting weight is no longer optional; it’s a MUST to fight off every plastic environment estrogen oozing environment we must put up with … TRT is good start too.
Try to eat solid, grown food as much as possible.
Lulz don’t know why but reminded me of a stupid post China wall bitch encountered. I knew that she just got a bit of liposuction and few other cosmetic things done. She has the gal to suggest I need a hamburger. Oh I thought thoughts and perhaps my silence and eyes conveyed those thoughts. Stayed classy and did not attack…..I knew too much and it just seemed cold blooded.
BOYCOTT DiGiorno’s crappy pizza. Since 2013 they have been featuring white girls with black boyfriends/husbands in their commercials. But of course they would never show a black girl with a white guy. Do NOT ever buy their pizza ever. This is a direct attack against white males by making it appear to white females that it is “cool” “hip” and “trendy” to get with black guys. They insert this crap into commercials to normalize something that isn’t normal. None of the mudsharking commercials we see today NEVER show a white guy with a black girl. It’s always a white girl with a black. Any commercial or ad of any product you see that encourages white girls to get with black guys, boycott that product and do not buy that product ever again.
Most important point was missed- drinking water: Fluoride as an acid form is added at the water plants to make Americans obese by suppressing thyroid and we tax payers are paying for this poison. Once added you can’t remove the poison from water. Other than having your own well water no other option exists.
Yes. Quit drinking sugarry drinks altogether and you save yourself from a few kilo’s weightgain in a year.
No sugar,
30 min of walking every day,
1,5 hrs of 10 lbs weight training/week
very light supper/dinner at 1800
big breakfast
In three months’ time you’ll be lean and fit.
10lbs weight training? Ugh. Make that 4 times a week 1 hour a time of heavy weightlifting. That is a workout.
You are correct…my advice was to get leaner and to start a healthier lifestyle.
Getting leaner quicker is achieved by lifting heavy. If you eat less you won’t pack on a lot of muscle.
Frozen vegetables are fine. But I don’t think that’s what the writer meant.
Anyway, in my country ( the Netherlands) people also eat more and more like Americans. A lot of sugar, fat and salt is consumed trough takeaway meals and cheap snacks available at the supermarket. Eating healthy has more to do with willpower than budget if you ask me. Putting the blame on somebody else is for weak people. (I have no money to eat healthily cry cry) you know the fatasses who use that oneliner. Like a brocolli or some carrots cost an arm and a leg. How about some eggs and brown rice. Dinner doesn’t have to be more expensive than $5 p.p.
If that is too much, quit the breeding and look for a better job.
Visited the US once on my honeymoon, went to Rodeo Drive in LA…to a Western themed bar&grill. The serving sizes were simply ludicrous, and the food itself was of only fair quality….but it was very cheap which is probably the real hook for a lot of people.
There is no way Americans can lose weight while Fluoride acid is purposely added to drinking water to suppress thyroid!
The attack of the manatees. https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/c79b5de0229c5521f0f696951e74cecab3ae9b5c334b9a12c51e89f67a6fa611.jpg
