So you’re tired of living in a welfare state. Tired of the government telling you what to think, what to do and how to use your money, all in the name of “democracy” and “equality.”
Well, there’s a way to destroy the welfare state while at the same time posing as a proponent of it. You just have to be very pro-immigration, and make as many of your fellow citizens think the same way. (Make sure to brand all dissent as hateful, racist, neo-Nazi fascism.)
You then let the poorest people on the planet enter your country and give them everything they need using taxpayer money. Soon enough, the system will collapse. The question isn’t if it happens, but when.
Big government
The way a welfare state works is that you create a big government to take care of the citizens within the state. To finance it all you increase the tax rates until people barely have any money left for their own use.
This is only possible if you can convince all the strong, working citizens that they should take responsibility for all the weak ones, who can’t or won’t provide for themselves.
If you can accept that the government use force to take money from people who earned it fair and square, the welfare state does sound like a nice idea. A place where no one ever takes any real risks, because one’s livelihood is always secured by the state.
The welfare state is really a kind of experiment so far, since it’s only been tested for the last hundred years or so. But the welfare state is more fragile than it might appear. It’s kept intact by the strong, but what happens when they’re outnumbered by the weak?
Logically it’s easy to see how there might come a point when the working population is too small to support the overwhelming number of people in need. But before that point, increasing taxation on income will eventually lead to the strongest citizens rebelling or, perhaps more likely, emigrating.
The welfare state will collapse on account of the weakness that it intrinsically encourages. It gives people incentives to wait around for their welfare check to arrive instead of working. This kind of society is neither fit for masculine nor moral individuals, only sheepish losers.
Sweden toward collapse
The Swedish system has worked quite well so far. The country’s economy has remained relatively solid throughout the financial crisis. Swedes have a good work ethic, and the high level of trust between people and the government makes this society stable.
But all of that means nothing if hundreds of thousands of poor and poorly educated immigrants are allowed to come and stay. In the short term, it will be expensive and difficult to provide for them. In the long term, one can only imagine how it will play out.
An increase in the share of immigrants means an increase in the share of weak people. We already know that refugees have a hard time finding jobs in Sweden, even after they’ve been here for many years. Every other person currently unemployed is an immigrant.
The Swedish welfare state simply cannot survive if this unprecedented rate of immigration is allowed to continue. 160,000 asylum seekers are expected to arrive this year alone. Around 10,000 of them are now coming every week. (Most of them are from Afghanistan, Syria and Iraq, societies far different from Sweden.)
Government finally reacting
The migration system is heading for a complete collapse, and the only ones still denying it are the “anti-racist” degenerates on the far-left.
Local governments all over the country are calling for the ministers in Stockholm to act. The Migration Agency is struggling to find accommodations for the immigrants, now resorting to putting them in tents. The situation is so desperate and extreme, that Sweden is asking for financial aid from the EU.
Meanwhile, a study has shown that the famous Swedish generosity is dwindling. 41 percent of Swedes now want fewer refugees to receive residence permits, an increase from 29 percent in just two months.
The Swedish Police Authority warns that public order and the country’s inner security is under threat.
Border controls have now been established.
Rank-and-file leftists might be stupid, but the left-wing government is smart enough to realize that this development isn’t sustainable. This Thursday it decided to establish temporary border controls, with the approval of most parties.
For ten days, travelers won’t be allowed to enter the country without a passport or residence permit. But refugees can still apply for asylum at the border.
The Minister of Finance also announced this week that an extra 11 billion SEK will be added to this years budget, to cope with the crisis. The government is trying to clean up its own mess, but everyone knows that their policies are to blame for this crisis escalating to uncontrollable proportions.
The politicians in charge should apologize for their incompetence and resign. But let’s not set our hopes too high. It’s more likely that the welfare state will collapse before they admit to any wrongdoings.

Only two ways to “stop” the welfare state:
1. Take away all women’s voting rights (prevention method).
2. Ruin the economy, promote immigration, etc (“overload it” method).
That’s pretty much it. Either you prevent it or deal with the consequences after-the-fact. Once the welfare state is in place, passing laws and bills etc to “undo” it becomes basically impossible as the population turns increasingly into “takers” and non-workers. As the lower/welfare class grows in size, they will simply “out-vote” the producers/conservatives regarding any attempts to repeal the gimmedat handout programs.
It’s a one-way trip with the welfare state, once it’s in place and entrenched “there’s no going back”.

My wife is extremely conservative if only because she hates the idea of working to support some other woman and her children.
Yes, women generally vote stupid party more often but men were, until recently, not that far behind. Even now, something like 38% of men still vote for it. Even among white males, something like 30% of white males vote Democrat for a party that declares that white males are the sole problem in the world and have a policy to ethnically cleanse them.
The more I learn, the more primitive I see our current society.

What I’ve found is that even conservative women want their will imposed on others. Just for a different set of values. For example, the conservative area in my city constantly votes for higher and higher school taxes so that I can subsidize their children’s education. And they are in favor of welfare programs that benefit them, not others. So in other words, just plain greed.
In all honesty, politics is about imposing our will upon others. There are some libertarians out there but I refer to it as political pacifism: If someone is a political pacifist, and doesn’t want to impose their will whatsoever, then how do they get a political movement going with enough will to prevent others from imposing their will? It’s like asking a pacifist for help in fighting a war against aggression. A serious pacifist simply does nothing and waits for someone else to give them their freedoms.

While there are historical examples of successes of pacifism (Ghandi, and actually there were a group of pacifists that gave the Nazis trouble–they knew how to handle armies and armed resistance–they blitzkreiged and obliterated them, but there were actually some early successes with pacifism in Germany) I know of no real successes through political pacifism. I think that’s why almost everyone I know identifies as a small l libertarian when you talk to them, but they almost always vote for one of the two major parties, if at all.
Pacifist movements appear to have only worked against western nations that already had humanist standards in place. Ghandi in particular. I’m not a big fan of Ghandi. Even as he complained about the British treatment of India, Indians themselves have a caste system where they believe that people who are in the lower castes are there due to crimes in previous lives and therefore, deserving of contempt. Something many westerners don’t consider about the idealist “reincarnation” system that supposedly gives people a blank slate. Just the oppiste actually.

I still think we need to only allow those who pay taxes to vote. You’re kids who contribute nothing to supporting your family don’t get a say in how you put together the household budget, right? Why should it be any different on the national level? It’s a conflict of interests, plain and simple.
This sounds like a good plan, but there are a few problems:
1) There are many, many taxes and most people pay some form of them. Income taxes are the least important tax for the vast minority of Americans (the payroll tax being the highest tax 90% of people pay)
2) Just because one is not doing an activity the government wants to tax and regulate should not mean one loses their voice (note: I personally don’t believe in democracy or voting, but if you’re going to have it, it should have some basic fairness). What about retirees? They have no incomes to tax. But they vote in the highest numbers of anyone. Should they all lose their voice?
3) It furthers the legal argument that money = speech (this absurdity was used to justify the Citizens United ruling). If paying taxes allows one a voice, doesn’t it follow that paying more taxes allows one a greater voice? So if a corporation pays a million dollars in taxes and I pay $1,000, shouldn’t they have a much bigger say in government as I?
I do anything and everything to minimalize or eliminate my tax burden because I have a moral problem with the violence the American government is fostering around the world, and they are indirectly responsible for the Paris bombings, having created the group that committed the murders.

In the US thats true to a point, but the voter turnout is usually very low, especially for off year election cycles. It’s really the only way conservatives stay in control.
Method 2, ruin the economy
I think that is already in process. The funny thing is that they are trying (or think they are) fixing the economy, but are ruining it and setting it up for an ‘epic fail’.
I am expecting a ‘currency crisis’ at some point, maybe as early as the first quarter of 2018.
At that point it will look like any other currency crisis, where all of a sudden, like overnight, everyone will realize that the purchasing power of the US dollar is nothing and run out and buy whatever they can with the money they have.
I am amazed that a currency crisis has not happened yet, which probably means it will be that much worse when it finally does happen.

The utopia builders did a few basic things about a century ago in the USA.
1910: Capped representatives at 435.
1913: Federal Reserve System.
1913: Direct election of senators.
1918-1920: Women voting.
Before that over a long time period the government took over the schools.
These are the roots of what we have today.
The federal reserve, central banking is the heart of the welfare state. Can’t create money out of thin air? No welfare state. The cap on representatives made the house unaccountable to people. It dilutes people’s ability to control their so-called representatives. Direct election of senators made senators creatures of the federal government. When they were creatures of the states they were beholden to the corrupt politics back home to stay in office. With direct election they are just as unaccountable and uncontrollable as the reps.
Women voting isn’t really even required. It helps a lot because it further dilutes the ability to stop a welfare state, but getting rid of it won’t end the welfare state. We have an unaccountable government with the ability to borrow infinite amounts of money created out of thin air by the central bank. Break that and it ends.
Immigration is a tool of the ruling class to drive down wages, increase dependency, and keep people fighting with each other instead of with them. They’ll just create more and more money to pay out the welfare until we’re all impoverished and then bind us with the financial chains into something that is for all effective purposes slavery or serfdom.

Islam was founded several centuries after Christianity, and the Dark Ages of the Christian world were a pretty awful place to be. Perhaps the Islamic societies are just stuck in their own Dark Ages.
I know very little about Islam, but I do know some general things about all the Abrahamic religions (Christian/Jewish/Muslim), and they are not radically different in philosophy and theology. It’s interesting that Islam is a more fundamental religion (ie separating the sexes, requiring prayer 5 times a day, requiring a whole bunch of rituals, etc.) given that it is the most modern of the three.
Let’s say there was an Emperor Constantine type conversion and suddenly the mid east converted to Christianity. Do you think things would be radically different there? As late as a couple of decades ago we had the IRA doing violent things in the name of its Christian religion. I think things would be the same. In other words it’s something more than the religious structure at play. The idea of all religions is that they are a net positive. I think most of the 1 billion Muslims see their religion as a net positive. (I used to think that way, but the Paris attacks have me reconsidering).
The big change is typically religious groups would stay to themselves and the question is what is motivating them to leave their territories and attack the west? Why not direct all their efforts towards overthrowing Assad in Syria (not that I want to see that happen, just questioning their motives)?

The government sponsors and accepts leftover refugees (those who didn’t die from USA sponsored ISIS), comes to America seeking revenge (some of those refugees, the ISIS members might have sneaked in along) … TROJAN horse.
All while John gets drunk on the weekend and complains about Muslims, Mexican immigrants, etc… complains all while doing the same shit over and over again to support US government.

Do you think this applies at the local level as well? I live in Austin and feel our infrastructure is being overburdened by the mass influx of new residents and transients. Tax rates aren’t keeping up with the necessary improvements and even if they were, they’d primarily overburden the current property owners, long-time residents and natives such as myself.
