Stoicism is a philosophy for your mind that helps you deal with suffering and misfortune. In this podcast, I review stoicism’s strongest points as presented by three powerful thinkers (Epictetus, Seneca, and Marcus Aurelius) by using direct quotes from their most important works. I also share how I’ve used stoicism to reduce pain in my own life and how you can do the same through an effectively four-point strategy.

I enjoyed this episode, and look forward to hearing more! Keep it up Roosh!
Agreed! I have been really enjoying the podcasts very much indeed.
Excellent podcast. I wil begin my reading journey through Stoicism immediately
Great podcast. Enjoyed your thoughts about following your nature, not your ego. Stoicism is a great tool to live more fully in the here and now.
Wow, now being a Catholic I will add an advice from Blaise Pascal on a relationship between stoicism and religion. He says that in religion one should not base his (christian) faith on oneself (stoicism) or other believers (epicureanism) but on God himself.
However stoicism is something that should be the core of the real men:
Self reliance (but not egoism)
Not giving into trivial matter
Not arguing (fighting) over minor things (including bad women)
Self limitation (and not moderation; moderation is for weaklings)
and all other things Roosh listed.
Download the app… deal with the adds … sputtery bandwith and all to get spoonfed information over a 45 minute audio seesion that i coukd read in 5 minutes…. write an article or at least make a transcript……. this is not progress….
