Its pretty standard what I explained and the larger testes and penis is due to increased sperm competition due to less monogamy in these historic tribes. I constantly watch OLD movies…I really really dislike whatever music or film is on now and proudly profess my ignorance of it because I cannot identify at all with the values of today’s America. Look at any film even in the 80s and people made jokes that today would not only get you fired, but possibly a criminal investigation. I cannot emphasize “no debts” enough. Avoid renting if possible and def. avoid mortgages. Stay healthy and unless you have a family (which of course I understand you will of course need a steady salary) there is no reason to join “mainstream” America. This country is finished as a nation and things will get worse unless a major REVOLUTION stops it, but that will most likely not happen today. People are too indifferent and materially comfortable and ignorant to care either way. All hope you have is to stick with your own kind and make the best of it.

Yes, you will always be at the whim of market rates for rent and in many, many places (including Europe with the exception of Germany), it simply makes no sense to rent if you can have your own house. I mean, in my case, I have rented before when I was in NYC but I NEVER paid market rates because I was crafty enough to find landlords who took a liking to me. The last rent I had was in a brownstone,3 floors, magnificent place, express stop, 1500/monthly for 3 bedrooms which is INSANELY CHEAP in NYC for what I got. Then, the old lady died and her daughter sold the place, let me stay on until it was sold. That’s just one example, but generally, renting is crazy. A couple thousands a year in property taxes is manageable, but not spiking market rent rates and yes, a house is still an asset, always will be: you need food and shelter, that will ALWAYS be necessary.
            If you look at the cost of living, it’s actually cheaper today than 30 years ago for food, clothing, electronics, etc. The only thing that has really gone up and is a huge problem is housing. Get rid of housing costs and you can live well working for relatively little (depends on the lifestyle you want of course, but if you are not too fuzzy and eat right, and are austere, you can even save $).

13. I haven’t watched the TV adaptation of Philip K. Dick’s novel, “The Man in the High Castle,” but I’ve gathered that many viewers have warmed up to the “Nazi Dad” character because he says sensible things about the importance of developing a good moral character.
    It says something about our time that it takes a fictional Nazi to remind us about the value of traditional moral beliefs.
    But then I find it ironic in general that our (((elites))), who have gone out of their way to tell us about the original Nazis, Adolf Hitler and the Holocaust to try to scare us away from that phenomenon as a source of ideas for revitalizing our civilization, might have done their job a little too well. By making all of this information so readily available, starting in our our childhoods, while telling us that we need to learn from this history, they have opened the door to studying it as a potential how-to guide for trying to solve the problems the Nazis had to deal with in Germany nearly a century ago.
