Top 5 ROK Posts From January 2015

We publish so many articles at ROK that I fear some gems get buried in the pile, so I wanted to start a monthly feature which highlights important articles that should not be missed. Here are the top 5 from January:

1. 35 Things Wrong With America

Pervasive politically correct environment where dissenting thought is labeled sexist, racist, or homophobic. This is usually immediately followed by a witch hunt to end the person’s employment.

2. Anything Women Can Do, Men Can Do Better

I challenge you to name a female scientist besides Rosalind Franklin, Grace Hopper, Jane Goodall, or Marie Curie. Could the other women, living or dead, who made any major invention or scientific discovery in the history of mankind please let themselves be known?

3. Carl Jung Predicted The Catastrophe Of Modern Gender Relations

We talk about how desperate we are for feminine women; Carl Jung wisely notes that American women are just as desperate for masculine men. It is not enough to conquer your male rivals—you must conquer your woman if you want a good relationship. Take it from the founder of depth-psychology: women enjoy being possessed.

4. Analyzing The 5 Main Alpha Archetypes

One word describes the Conqueror’s purpose in life: victory. This alpha loves the thrill of overcoming challenges no matter what they are. Whether it’s hiking the Appalachian Trail, acquiring a shit business and transforming it into a cash cow, or training a Level 3 Schutzhund German Shepherd, if it’s a mountain he has to climb it.

5. “Manspreading” Shows The Social Retardation Of Young Women

Virtually every interaction you will have with a millennial girl will be defined by her fear of your masculinity. “Rape culture,” for example, is one of the most destructive effects of millennial social retardation. Because young women are not properly socialized on how to deal with men, they have no idea how to navigate sexual encounters beyond their animal urges.

  1. I know that taking care of the site already requires a lot of time and effort, but you might consider posting your 5 favorite responses from commenters.

It would not have to be scientific, just list 5 that made you laugh or think.

    1. Truth be told that’s what I thought this article would be about before I clicked it.

      1. Thirded. The articles are great, but the comments often provide additional insight that I appreciate.

    2. I absolutely agree ! I’ve been posting intellectual property here for the past year. I want my recognition, damn it !

  2. I thought the Myth of Yellow fever was the best and most pertinent of the month, but geez there were so many good ones it’s hard to list them all.

  3. Great website Roosh.
It is wonderful to be able to find a website which is not afraid to discuss the issue of masculinity with an open mind. Honestly, I am getting fed up with the constant attacks by feminists on masculinity where I believe it is now reaching the tipping point.
For example, the Super Bowl was nothing but pure anti male propoganda. From the gay and homosexual agenda being pushed by the live performances, to the anti male misandrist commericials being shown, this is proof that feminists are desperately trying to eliminate men at all costs.
With the upcoming joke of an election, if Hillary Clinton does run and become president, well…I can’t imagine what further anti male agendas will be played out.

    1. I didn’t see it, but I heard there were actually a few pro-male, pro-father commercials during the Superbowl. But again, didn’t watch it so who knows?

      1. I agree with that in regards to the commercials, which I was supprised by, but the half-time show has definitely become geared toward women and queers.

    2. truth, i feel like a whole article could be devoted to the bullshit propagated by those anti-men super-bowl ads (the ‘women will think you’re sexier if you own a truck,’ who gives a fuck what women think. the ‘hello 9-1-1? an abuser is over, please send help!’ great, let’s further add to the ‘all men are abusers’ bullshit. how about the ‘throw like a girl’ ad. sorry ladies, the truth hurts. you are not athletic in any way similar to men. and finally the ‘dad cries when he sees his little girl join the military.’ actor-dad is a pussy and actor-dad is wishing he had a son to join instead). holy friggin crap. however, drawing attention to these ads would only give free publicity (note i’m not stating the sponsor for any… fuck’em).
