An award-winning actress appearing in the upcoming sixth season of Game of Thrones has been outed as the woman who falsely accused Mark Pearson of rape after he walked past her. Souad Faress claimed that Pearson digitally penetrated her, violating her inside her underwear, for several seconds in the middle of Waterloo Station in London.

Despite video evidence showing the male artist had a newspaper in one hand and was holding the strap of his backpack in the other, he was tracked down using his electronic public transportation card and charged. Furthermore, Pearson was in range of sexagenarian Faress’ body, let alone her genitals, for no more than about half a second. In January 2015, police appealed for help (archive) in finding the then 66-year-old’s “attacker”. At this stage, Mr. Pearson’s image began to circulate in the public domain.

Yet it gets worse. Faress, to try and bolster her fraudulent account, said she screamed and no one helped her. CCTV footage conclusively disproved this. To boot, Pearson did not break stride, discrediting her other claim that he smashed into her shoulder. Most shockingly of all, the lying thespian could not even point him out in an “identity parade.” That did not stop the Crown Prosecution Service from prosecuting Pearson until its representatives were rebuked by the judge and a jury quickly exonerated him.

Because of Souad Faress‘ vindictive and attention-seeking lie, Mr. Pearson endured a nightmare year of harassment from the CPS, which is under the control of rabid feminist Alison Saunders. Saunders is infamous for her promises to increase rape prosecutions. All this comes at a time when British police have been saying they will prioritize online “abuse” over burglaries and robberies at people’s homes.

Anyone familiar with the macabre history of Stalinist repressions will remember that Stalin often issued quotas for the numbers of victims he wanted expunged from Soviet society. When his underlings in the NKVD and its predecessors had gone through the typical scapegoats, including kulaks, suspected Tsarists, Mensheviks and members of the intelligentsia, they simply picked up random people from the street to make up the numbers. Similarly, Alison Saunders has made it her mission, as evinced by the public record, to increase the number of rape convictions.

The problem is, prosecutors have nowhere near the levels of actual rapes they want. So they have to scrape the bottom of the barrel, which is where Mark Pearson and others have come in. Even with incontrovertible video evidence that the “rape” against Faress was nothing but her malicious, ego-boosting fantasy, Saunders’ CPS wanted an additional scalp. This is nothing new, though: in 2014, an extra 5,000 rape prosecutions were initiated, resulting in only another 77 convictions.

Bear in mind, too, that rape conviction standards are already lower than for other crimes, making the lack of men found guilty of sex assaults all the more unimpressive. In the widely publicized Rolf Harris trial, for instance, it was not even proven that Harris was at a particular event in which he was meant to have abused one of his accusers, who was not sure if it happened in 1968 or 1969. Nevertheless, he was found guilty of that particular crime. But let’s not let beyond reasonable doubt get in the way of stopping rape culture!

Souad Faress is protected by guaranteed anonymity

If Souad Faress looks like this when acting, imagine how repelling she looks going to and from her yoga class, the same situation in which she falsely accused Mark Pearson.

Mark Pearson’s name has been plastered around the world. To raise awareness of his plight (and further clear his tattered name), he agreed to a television interview and warned viewers about the real risk of anyone being vexatiously prosecuted. Right now, however, Faress is blatantly using the anonymity granted to all rape and sexual assault accusers in Britain. Men accused of these crimes are almost universally named, irrespective of court process outcomes affecting them much more than anyone else. After all, the difference between guilty and innocent for them is oftentimes the difference between years of jail and freedom, albeit a freedom that links them forever to a purported sex attack.

There is one thousand times more evidence that Souad Faress lied, but she is still the beneficiary of a system dedicated to keeping her from being outed, much less charged with what she deserves: perverting the course of justice and making a false statement to police. In her 60s, she has irrefutably hit the wall of walls and making false rape accusations in these sorts of ridiculous circumstances is simply a means for her to feel sexy and desirable enough to be raped. We are ultimately dealing with a horrendously depraved woman.

False rape cretins like Souad Faress deserve all the ridicule and hate that could ever be directed their way. They are repulsive, sociopathic oxygen thieves whose only manner of making themselves feel important is to ruin the lives of random innocents, invariably mendaciously accused men. Women like this comprise a tragically too common motif in modern society, one that is perhaps even more insidious than females entering relationships with unabashedly criminal men.

As soon as Faress faced a modicum of heat for her monstrous actions, she made her Twitter account private. If you breach her fantasy of being a sexagenarian supermodel targeted by thirsty men on the London Tube, she cannot deal with it.

Spread her name and photographs to the far corners of the internet. Avenge Mark Pearson and send the message that similar behavior will be met with fury and rage. She may have won awards as an actress, but her name is not even close to well-known enough to avoid a lifetime of being associated with the false rape accusation of all false rape accusations.

I do not know whether Faress’ Game of Thrones character will meet a sticky end in the sixth season. Yet it would be very fitting if Faress spent her final days in the sticky heat of a dungeon prison for falsely accusing Mark Pearson of a crime. Now there’s a nasty fate that someone like her really deserves.

      3. Seeing as being falsely accused of rape no doubt causes great emotional distress to the falsely-accused, I agree that false rape accusers should be named and shamed. Despite what modern touchy-feely society will tell you, shaming, when used in proper amounts, is a very very effective method for teaching humility, integrity and appropriate behaviour for being part of a healthy society.

          Unlike Cosby however, it was clearly shown in court that the women continued to date him even after the supposed incidents. Even after they were “raped” they continued to send him text messages with bikini pics and tried to continue to get him into a relationship.
          What I’m happy about is that this very public court proceeding has brought up the issue of false-rape accusations to the Canadian hive-mind. Women like these make life that much worse for those who have actually suffered the trauma of being forcefully raped.

They insist that Jian is guilty but that his case is difficult to prove beyond a reasonable doubt and that’s why he’s going to get acquitted.. but the implication in almost all media coverage is that Jian is guilty, the women are victims, and that something has to be done to change cases of sexual assault to make it easier to convict men and to help women.

          #2. The false rape accusation because you can’t pay cab fare happens pretty often. In fact, if I were a cab driver, I’d record my entire shift.
          A coworker of mine had a buddy who was a cab driver. He picked up a beautiful girl one Friday night from a club and she had him drive multiple places.
          By the end of the night she had racked up an impressive fare. The last stop was a gated community and she asked for him to wait at the gate while she ran inside to retrieve her money to pay the fare. Well, the guy was wise and knew that this girl was about to stiff him.
          (Old trick: run into a gated community and never come back.) He insisted that she pay right away or he’d call the police. She tells him that if he doesn’t let her go she’ll say that he raped her.
          He dials the police and while he’s
          talking to the operator, she starts screaming, ripping her clothes and
          punching herself in the face in the back seat. This is all recorded by
          the operator. The police show up quickly and because the girl looks
          freshly “beaten” they start to arrest the cabby. The only thing that
          saves him, is that one of the cops happens to check her purse and he finds two false IDs, each with her picture. The cops then start to
          question her as to why she has two IDs with different names. Her story quickly falls apart and she’s arrested. A few days later, the cabby
          starts to press charges and gets a call from the girl’s rich father. He
          wants him to feel sorry for her and offers a few thousand dollars to
          not pursue the case any further. My coworker changed jobs not long
          after this so I don’t know if the cabby took the money. I hoped he
          didn’t and that bitch took the full brunt of her punishment, but I doubt
          it. After all, she was an attractive woman and her father was rich.
          She was probably set free to accuse someone else later.

  50. Bad enough that the accusation was permitted to go to trial, but it actually gets worse: if you Google around this article you find out that the CCTV footage was doctored by the CPS. They slowed down the footage to make it look like Pearson walked past her much slower than he actually did. The reason they did it was to dishonestly suggest he had time to penetrate her as she alleged. His lawyer had to hire a forensic analyst to demonstrate the tape was slowed down and restore it to its original speed. If he hadn’t done that the tape would have been showed to the jury in its altered state, framing up an innocent man.     I see the dilemma with rape accusations. On one hand we wish to create a climate where true victims can feel they are being taken serious (and true victims do exist, don’t think anyone in right mind could doubt this). However, this improved climate has also opened the door for mentally disturbed individuals (as to me anyone making a false claim has to be mentally ill one way or another). How to solve this dilemma, I am not certain. In an ideal world, everyone would be raised to be truthful, but children are taught to lie early, they observe it all around them. Humanity overall is just not a very nice place to be.. and appears to still have a long long journey ahead to something worth knowing as a whole…

    1. Your attempt at shifting the blame is a fail given the CPS, being a public prosecution service, has the obligation to decline a prosecution if they believe there is no prima facie case to be taken to trial.
      In this case, per your own post, CPS had:
      (1) A witness who did not accuse Pearson on an identity parade;
      (2) CCTV footage that did not show Pearson doing anything to her;
      (3) An account of digital penetration by the woman for several seconds; and
      (4) NOT ONE OTHER WITNESS TO THE CRIME
      –and they thought that was enough evidence upon which to make this man defend himself against a life-destroying charge. Only in a world where there is an anti-male bias and rape hysteria would such a level of evidence ever reach a court.
      If you read some articles around the subject, you will find Pearson’s lawyer indicating quite plainly that the prosecution were even planning on putting doctored CCTV footage to the jury – Pearson’s lawyer had to hire a forensic analyst to demonstrate that the CCTV tape had been tampered with by the prosecution to make it appear Pearson was walking slower than he was. When they were rumbled, the prosecution did not rely on the CCTV, merely using it to establish Pearson was at the station.
      And the CCTV footage does, indeed, show Pearson walking past her for a half second. She does not indicate any distress, either before the event or after it, which goes against the idea that she was fingered prior.
      Were you in court? The Daily Mail certainly seemed to be unequivocal about this idiot woman’s account:
      “The actress’s interview with police was shown to the court at the start of his trial. The moment she was attacked, she says, came, she said, after he ‘clocked’ her and smiled, and gestured with his newspaper for her to pass by. ‘The next thing I know, his hand is up me…. and then I felt this enormous blow on my left shoulder.’ The court heard she was wearing a coat and jacket and a thin dress over ‘training pants’.

I hope she gets a particularly virulent form of cancer and then dies in screaming agony in some lousy NHS back room before spending an eternity in Hell for bearing false witness.
