Feminists Want To Deprive Casey Affleck Of An Oscar Because Evidence Is For Misogynists

By Hollywood standards, Manchester by the Sea is a spectacular film. The lead, Casey Affleck, gives a spellbinding performance as a tortured man who returns to his hometown after the death of his brother. He had previously fled Manchester-by-the-Sea after his now ex-wife accused him of being involved in the deaths of their three children in a house fire. Affleck’s character Lee seeks to navigate a complex relationship with his grieving nephew, for whom he has been awarded guardianship, all while dealing with the memories of being falsely accused of murder.

Though he won a Golden Globe for Best Actor recently, Casey Affleck’s chances of winning the Academy Award are possibly very slim thanks to a lawsuit settled with two women. Two female employees on the set of 2010’s I’m Still Here, which Affleck directed, claim he sexually harassed them. As would be expected, the lawsuit was settled out of court for a presumably exorbitant sum. Any male actor would recognize the deleterious publicity arising from allegations of sexual misconduct in the age of “rape culture.” In addition, Casey Affleck was not charged by the police because any charges, let alone a conviction, might have required the perusal and testing of actual evidence.

After Affleck triumphed at the Golden Globes, a series of virtue-signalers came out of the woodwork. Chief among them was Constance Wu, an Asian actress whose obsession with gender and diversity quotas seems more aimed at her own bank balance than “change” you could call necessary and needed. She called Affleck a “sexual deviant.” A series of reports laudatory of Wu, whom people called “brave,” were then issued by media outlets. The Sydney Morning Herald was one of many newspapers that tried to conflate the unfounded allegations against Casey Affleck with the proven pedophilia and rape of Roman Polanski. Such was the bitterness over a man getting an award after never being convicted of a crime.

Here’s some of Constance Wu’s groundbreaking reporting on the matter:

And if she loses her job, she can always go back to her pet claims of gender and racial discrimination:

Why the persecution of Casey Affleck might be good for improving Hollywood

By not singling out his brother, even if the allegations are bogus, Ben Affleck has ruled himself out of attacking other stars accused of sexual harassment, assault, or rape.

As demonstrated in some of his recent media appearances, particularly a diatribe in defense of Islam he made on Real Time with Bill Maher, Affleck’s brother Ben is a key member of Hollywood’s SJW brigades. And when the Hollywood star brother of a man accused of sexual assault, however tenuous the allegations may be, fails to comment on the saga, we should take note. We now have a precedent for the next time a well-known actor is hounded for purported sexual impropriety, whether he has family connections in show business or not.

Of course, perhaps Casey Affleck is partially getting protection because he is Ben Affleck’s brother and has other major entanglements within Hollywood (his ex-partner is the sister of Joaquin Phoenix). Yet it doesn’t really matter. There is no evidence available to us to suggest that Affleck did what cinematographer Magdalena Gorka and producer Amanda White claim. Plus, as everyone from Ben Affleck to George Clooney to Meryl Streep are saying nothing negative about the issue, commonsense commentators have a new weapon for the next time a man is chased by money-hungry women looking for a small (or large) fortune: “You presumed Casey Affleck’s innocence, so why not this guy’s?”

Casey Affleck probably won’t get the Oscar but his ordeal shows men can triumph over spurious allegations

Magdalena Gorka and Amanda White should never have received money, but Casey Affleck had no choice.

With the “racist Oscars” controversy still fresh from last year, fellow contenders like Denzel Washington’s Fences already threatened to steal Casey Affleck’s thunder. The dubious claims of Magdalena Gorka and Amanda White, enabled by a man-hating media and certain C-grade celebrities, only add to the hurdles Affleck will face in winning the Oscar for Best Actor.

In the meantime, I recommend Manchester by the Sea to everyone. The way Affleck’s character Lee deals with his self-pitying, vindictive ex-wife, for example, is a sight to behold. By no means a comedy, the film nevertheless possesses a deep irony you rarely find in modern, cucked cinema.

In many respects, the way Casey Affleck has dealt with the sexual harassment allegations against him is similar to the way the man he portrays in Manchester by the Sea deals with his tragedies. Others may hurt you for a while, but you can still keep on living, all on your own terms.

  1. I give zero fucks about Casey Affleck, his brother Ben, or his brother’s gay lover “Mawt Day-mohn”.

    1. Ben Affleck, Casey Affleck, etc. The more you look into Hollywood-actor genealogies, and look at the direct lineage of both parents, you realize that it would basically be impossible to find two major Hollywood stars who aren’t related. Because they all can be traced to the same elitist families. Shocker.

      1. I think I remember reading a comment you made about this way back, could you give a brief summary or a link ?

      2. “Because they all can be traced to the same elitist families. Shocker.”
Same in politics or any high paying public sector or NGO jobs. Dig up any high paid GS employee and look at their background. Nepotism is pretty rampant. They blue collar guys I know who landed jobs at GM or Ford were due to their relatives getting them on board.

  2. On the one hand, it’s Hollywood news. It’d be hard to give less of a damn about their awards, personal lives, or whatever else their news thinks is important.
On the other hand, I do hate bullshit accusations. If I had my way, there would be two ways to deal with false or misleading accusations:
    – If it’s provably bullshit, sentence the accuser with the same penalties they would have put to the accused
    – Whether or not provably bullshit, equal-and-opposite coverage to counteract the smear of being accused (including public apologies – it’s very important)
    So I’m torn.

    1. Anytime a woman falsely accuses a guy and gets away with it we should care. We should want gold digging attention hors to be prosecuted for filing false charges and go to jail so that socially it becomes unacceptable.

  3. If the women REALLY wanted justice and to protect other women why did they settle in PRIVATE for $$$$$$?
Disappointed he isn’t Redpill to have fought this or protected himself from being in their cross-hairs or did he do this?

  4. Dead brother, kids burned up in a house fire, vindictive
ex-wife? Sounds like the biggest laugh-riot since Schindler’s list!

  5. Assyrian law required that if the accuser knowingly bore false witness against the accused, they would have to pay the same punishment that the accused would have if they were found guilty. Not a bad idea.

      1. I tell you, there is so much red pill wisdom in the Bible. Sites like this barely scratch the surface. Books like Proverbs could be studied for years and still not reach the end.

        1. Proverbs Thirty-One, A Study in Christian Living
          Proverbs 31:10-31 (NIV)
A worthy woman who can find? For her price is far above rubies.
The heart of her husband trusteth in her, and he shall have no lack of gain.
She doeth him good and not evil, all the days of her life.
She seeketh wool and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.
She is like the merchant-ships; she bringeth her bread from afar.
          She riseth also while it is yet night;
And giveth food to her household, and their task to her maidens.
She considereth a field, and buyeth it; with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard.
She girdeth her loins with strength, and maketh strong her arms.
She perceiveth that her merchandise is profitable: Her lamp goeth not out by night. She layeth her hands to the distaff, and her hands hold the spindle.
She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy.
          She is not afraid of the snow for her household;
For all her household are clothed with scarlet.
She maketh for herself carpets of tapestry; her clothing is fine linen and purple.
Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.
She maketh linen garments and selleth them, and delivereth girdles unto the merchant.
Strength and dignity are her clothing; and she laugheth at the time to come.
She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and the law of kindness is on her tongue.
She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.
Her children rise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her, saying: “Many daughters have done worthily, but thou excellest them all.”
Grace is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman that feareth Jehovah, she shall be praised.
Give her of the fruit of her hands,
And let her works praise her in the gates.

        2. Isiah 3:16-24
¶Moreover the Lord saith, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, and walk with stretched forth necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and making a tinkling with their feet:
17 Therefore the Lord will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the Lord will discover their secret parts.
18 In that day the Lord will take away the bravery of their tinkling ornaments about their feet, and their cauls, and their round tires like the moon,
19 The chains, and the bracelets, and the mufflers,
20 The bonnets, and the ornaments of the legs, and the headbands, and the tablets, and the earrings,
21 The rings, and nose jewels,
22 The changeable suits of apparel, and the mantles, and the wimples, and the crisping pins,
23 The glasses, and the fine linen, and the hoods, and the veils.
24 And it shall come to pass, that instead of sweet smell there shall be stink; and instead of a girdle a rent; and instead of well set hair baldness; and instead of a stomacher a girding of sackcloth; and burning instead of beauty.
25 Thy men shall fall by the sword, and thy mighty in the war.
26 And her gates shall lament and mourn; and she being desolate shall sit upon the ground.

So much describes the modern cat lady, doesn’t it?

        3. To the letter…I wouldn’t want to be in those bitches’ shoes for all the tea in China…

        4. That is awesome!
          Couple questions:
          1) You know if it takes off, there will be atheist spammers. How do you propose dealing with them?
          2) Are you going to allow sermons from other denominations to be posted? Could I post some? (I am a Mormon)
          3) Are you planning this to be like a running blog with commenters, or just posts?

        5. Thanks!
          1)
I have a standard anti-spam solution set up, so at least bot activity can be largely prevented or mitigated. As to trolls, I will probably have to adopt a multi-strike ban policy (set up some basic rules, warn potential trolls, and after a few abuses block them straight up – maybe do like Vox Day and post the reasoning, too).
I’m more concerned with invasion by Churchian ideologies than atheists, especially when/if a community forms, but I’ll burn that bridge when I come to it.
          2)
As to other denominations, I want to start by saying I am not a fan of the concept of denominations any longer. There are those who speak the truth of Scripture, which we find teach consistent points between the various denominations, and there are those who do not, which vary wildly and stir up strife between brethren. So, as a rule, I’m willing to accept anything that adheres to Scripture insofar as it explains clearly when it deviates from the Bible.
For example, I find many excellent quotes from the likes of C.S. Lewis. When I reference his work, though, I have to say something like, “C.S. Lewis wrote extensively about the four Greek words for love used in the Bible, and he defined them like this…” Even then, my aim is to adhere as directly to the plain text of Scripture as possible.
As much as possible, though, I want to keep to Scripture, so extra-biblical works (whether the Catholic’s traditions, the Jew’s rabbinical treatises, Joseph Smith’s books, or even Martin Luther’s work on particular persons and events) should be kept more to discussion forums and the like.
          3)
And, yes, I’d like to have a running blog with commenters. I’ve got Disqus set up for post commentary, and I’ve set up a forum that I’ll expand as I find demand. I’m also trying to work out a setup for weekly audio sermons and, possibly, a podcast (as time and demand dictate) – these would also have their own comment sections or be tied into other related posts.

        6. 15 minutes every day and it will change your life read it out loud with your wife and kids.

        7. “I hate thee with a perfect hatred. I count thee mine enemies” – Psalm 139:22
          The OT is badass.

        8. and the new testament isnt?
1 Corinthians 16:22 If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha.

        9. I took a run at it when I was younger but nothing stuck. Me and The Girl have been going to a bible study group at our church once a month. Just finished Exodus. We’ll be at this for some time….
Maybe we’ll take your method to speed things up a bit.

        10. Micah 7:5-7
5 Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom.
6 For the son dishonoureth the father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man’s enemies are the men of his own house.
7 Therefore I will look unto the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.

          Sounds like marriage 2.0 to a T.
“Men” as it is used toward the end of verse 6 means “people”. I have watched a number of my friends’ now ex-wives take things told to them in confidence, twist them into excuses for abuse and divorce, blab their twisted delusions to the world, and then turn my friends’ children against these otherwise good husbands and fathers. I learned before I was even married that opening my mouth in front of women was an invitation for female venom and abuse. I am now a lot more selective with what I say in front of other people, and I am the most selective with what I say to my wife.

        11. Indeed, also a reminder that the Bible/Torah/tanahk was written by true Israelites inspired by G-d. They even forewarned us of the synagogue of satan

    1. Assyrians were the masters of brutal punishments and tortures in the ancient world.
That puts the Book of Jonah in a new light.

    2. I’ d add that if a false accusation is being brought in knowledge the accuser should pay the double or triple that the accused would have been forced to. In the case that the false accuser was moved by someone else he should go free with but the mover should take four to five times the sentence of the accused, because he would incriminate two parties.

  6. What about all the unwanted female attention he receives as male movie star? Women digging through the trash to get his phone number, sending him weird stuff in the mail, obsessing over him on the net, etc. That’s not harassment?

      1. Unwanted attention from male is harassment. Unwanted attention from female is compliment

  7. Hypergamy marches on. Rape culture is the new form of Alpha Fucks/Beta Bucks.
Women can now get their alpha fuck, enjoy it at the time, and cash in on the bucks years later through a rape allegation.
Even if the allegations are true, which I doubt, these Hollywood fringe hard fives would have been very receptive to the attentions of an A-list male. They indulged in his attention (if it’s true) got the Alpha fucks tingles at least through flirtation, and then used the same situation as a beta-bucks provisioner later on, once he’d forgotten them.
The dumb bitch at Baylor who willingly rode all that football player cock should have waited to see who got drafted before she made her rape claims.

    1. “White joined the project in December 2008. Sources connected to the production tell TMZ that she began trying to renegotiate her salary in January 2009.
We’re told White quit in April 2009, but her compensation negotiations continued until October when her attorneys ended talks.
White filed her sexual harassment suit earlier this month (July 2010).
As one source put it, “It seems odd that it took 15 months for them to bring this (sexual harrassment) up, and it only happened after negotiations on her compensation stalled.”

  8. If you can’t prevent those loonies to hurt, make them pay dearly for their effort. As long its easy and free, most of those cowards will destroy men’s lives for fun.
Most feminists and SJW have a mob mentallity. They pack to feel powerfull. It only costs them time, and they have plenty in their boggus and empty lives.
When you dox a doxxer, when you ridicule a bully, when you press charge for an assault instead of ‘taking it like a man’, when you expose a hate message on YouTube instead of argumenting with those nutjobs… you hurt them. For real.
And you help other people to stand up. You help the global narrative to slowly, slowly change.

  9. While most women would take it as compliment to be hit on by Casey Affleck, these two decided to monetize it.

    1. No he didn’t. He went so far up his own asshole in ‘Fences’ that he might not make it back in time for any awards. I hope you were sarcastic. Fences was a fucking joke of self-celebration. Oh, I’m racist now, right?
It was the first movie I’ve seen in two years (date) as I consistently urged people to drop any and all Hollywood products at every turn.

  10. Fuck. This reminds me when that Asian guy landed a probe on an asteroid…and feminist attacked him over the shirt he was wearing when he broadcast the accomplishment.

    1. It was a German guy and the shirt he was wearing was a gift from his girlfriend (the space agency that accomplished it used to be down the street from a former employer of mine). His apologizing (and crying) was a huge mistake, but me thinks his employer put him upto it.
Men accomplish amazing feats that advance science and civilization. Women ignore all that and make a political issue out of an article of clothing. It is but one example why women should never be taken seriously outside of sex and child rearing by men.

      1. My bad. After the shitstorm all I could fully recall was some shirt with some patterns on it. Wanted to send the guy a few of my retro men of leisure shirts and a blacklight.
Gift from his girlfriend. No shit go figure. As for his apologies, that had to be company induced. Wish they went the never admit fault path.
Random thing don’t get. What is up with these women. What the hell do they think their saving? Bloody porn everywhere, can get turned out in a bar bathroom, uploading pictures basically finger banging their roommates on the weekend…..but a damn shirt is a raiders of the lost ark quest. Not a real question, just sayin.

        1. Corretion: The agency was in Germany (ESA), but I think he is a Brit.
I get you. The feminists did what most women do. They distract from real accomplishments (like landing a spacecraft on a comet) of men and make it all about themselves. Nothing new under the sun.

      2. That was pathetic. I had sympathy until the crying apology crap. After that, I guess he got what he deserved. Maybe life is fair sometimes…

        1. I would surmize his employer demandwd it, but he should have given a dry non-apology (sorry about women not understanding alternative fashion tastes.. ). He cucked himself, so thats that.

      3. Shiiit, even raising children isn’t their strong suit these days. It really has come down to giving birth

  11. If I understand correctly, this is a new level of Hypergamy’s Beta Bux game, aka.:
MAKE RICH BETAS PAY FOR IMAGINARY SEXUAL INTERCOURSES aka. “RAPE”!
    Sad!

    1. Not if it is the (now leftist considered)deviance of being a straight white male attracted to white decent looking females.

  12. Thanks for adding that. I would have never watched it but it’s nice to get an update on the insanity that I am working to distance myself from daily. Every once in awhile in the manosphere, there is some chatter of feminists ‘finally jumping the shark on this one.’ Well, no. It will never happen. The pussyhat marches and something as insane as Disney working so hard to keep the war going, says no. It’s an unjumpable shark. Thanks for spreading the news. I’m mid-forties, so it’s good for me to know who will be working as judges, bureaucrats, political leaders etc when I’m 80. Children growing up in an ever more vicious identity politics war.

    1. I don’t give a damn about the sucker punch stuff. Emma whatever just isn’t that attractive in the first place. Hence: no pirate.
What? You think I’m going to -pay- for a film these days? Hahaha!
      😀 😀

  13. Do not bring Denzel’s work into the fold. If anything he is closer to being on our side – a conservative Christian who bashed msm. Yes, I know Hollywood has its own controlled opposition, but at least on appearances sake, Denzel is anti pc.
With that being said, Affleck may deserve the oscar but apparently Denzel also had tour de force performance.
